Abstract: In that the single stage throttle system is not able to satisfy the request of gas well exploration and development under the high pressure and high production condition ofTarim oil field,multistage throttlewaywas put forward. W ith the quantity of hydrodynamic throttle valve and hydrodynamic plate valve increasing, the process of kill the well with multistage throttle way is more complex. The hand control equipment is not adapt to the multistage throttle control， which is used the single stage control atpresent. It is needed to develop one kind of new multistage throttle intelligence control device, which not only can implement the multistage throttle control through the manual operation, also may join the computer to realize intelligent procedure control and the system operating mode monitor. At ast structural principle, characteristic and the test result ofhydraulic pressure operating control equipmentwere introduced, which realized union of the multistage throttle procedure control and the hand control
