Abstract:

According to the problem of largely enhancing well production and primary oil recovery by a reasonable sanding, the authors of this paper research and compare well completion methods from sand prevention theory and the optimal completion methods.NB35-2 oilfield is taken as an example and a conclusion that metal kapok screen pipe is more suitable to reasonable sand production in open well completion through a series of simulation experiment as gravel pack completion, metal knit net screen pipe completion and metal kapok screen pipe completion is obtained. Moreover, metal kapok screen pipe intensity is ensured, micro pores and middle-large pores are properly increased, production pressure is heightened, which can bleed formation fines validly and ordinal, and formation penetration capability in immediate vicinity of wellbore can be improved to enhance oil production. The study places theory foundation for optimizing completion methods of reasonable sand production exploitation in oilfields,at the same time, the result can guide oil exploitation of such heavy oil reservoirs.
