Abstract: After analysing the construction and working principles of pneumatic shale shakers and studying the dynamics on pneumatic shale shakers, the calculation formulas of pneumatic shale shakers and vibrators have been obtained by the authors. It is pointed out in the paper that the slope angle of screen surface, excitation frequency and amplitude of pneumatic shale shakers can be regulated according to actual requirements, so that a way is explored for designing a new-type shale shaker.
