Abstract:

Basic research brings about high technology and is an important way to improve teaching and cultivate senior specialists. It is also an important measure to enhance the competition at high levels. In order to win the future competition , universities and colleges must emphasize the basic research to stabilize the research ranks and have their own strength, superiority and characteristics so as to be able to exist and develop.
