The noble gas isotope of 8 crude oil samples of the Qingxi oil field in the Qingxi depression and Yaerxia oil field in the Southern uplift in the Jiuxi basin was measured. He source of the crude oils was discussed. The 3He/4He(Rc)ratios of the crude oil noble gases from 4 wells in the Qingxi oil field, the 527 well and the 702 well in the Yaerxia oil field reach an order of 10-8,indicating a crust radioactive source. This shows that the overthrusts related to the Qingxi oil field and the 527 well and the 702 well in the Yaerxia oil field cut into the depth of the crust. The 3He/4He(Rc)ratios of the crude oil noble gases
from the 501 well and the 114 well in the Yaerxia oil field is up to an order of 10-7, showing the input of a minor amount of mantle-derived helium and the cutting depth of the overthrusts associated with the two wells into the mantle. The geothermal flow of the Jiuxi basin is lower than that of the basins of eastern China, displaying that the basin has weak tectonic activity.

Based on the sandstone and mudstone percentage obtained from the relationship of interval seismic velocity to these and other parameters required, the total subsidence and tectonic subsidence were computed to the basement of the overburden.The subsiding curves could be categorized as two types, concave and convex, based on their shape. The former is the character-
istics of the subsiding curves of the depression near the North Monocline, and the later the other tectonic belts of the Kuqa depression. Subsiding velocity changes of different evolutionary stages show the coupling between the Kuqa depression and the Tianshan mountain. Based on the relationship between the total and tectonic subsiding curves, the convex subsiding curves can
be further divided into two secondary types: harmonious and disharmonious. The later shows salt flow, which happened a-long the south limb of Kelasu tectonic belt.

On basis of a lot of statistics, natural gas resource of China is studied from its type, accumulation, and distribution. First, the history of exploration of conventional gas is divided into four stages, the reserves of conventional gas have been improved three step types and the reserves of conventional gas are mainly distributed in the six major basin. Second, the reserves of con-
ventional gas are mainly distributed in sea basin of East, Mid-dle, Northern-Western. The conventional gas resource in China is with features of old strata, low richness, and low proved rate. Third, the resource of coalbed Methane of China is mainly distributed in Eastern, Middle, and Northern-Western China.
Fourth, general tight sandstone gas and deep basin gas is two different types of tight sandstone gas. There is the superior fac-tor to form deep basin gas and there is much resource of deep basin gas. Fifth, South China Sea, East China Sea, Tibet Pla-teu, and North-East China are rich in natural gas hydrate.
Sixth, there is a lot of formation water in petroleum basins in China, where water soluble gas is largely existing. In the end,shale gas, deep source gas, CO2and H2S resource are plenty,which should not be neglected in China.

Da’anzhai oil reservoirs are the chief production zones of Chuanzhong oil field. Most of oil and gas are from the Da’anzhai carbonate formation. types by oil productivity: dry zones, low production zones and high production zones. The qualitative characteristics of the dif-ferent types are reduced according to the information of well logging, geology and production test, and the models of produc-tion formation are set up. Eventually, the methods are formed,which is used to select pay zone and predict the productivity.

This paper applied the transient performance prediction model of horizontal well with coupled wellbore and reservoir that was found by Duan yong-gang etc to calculate and verify the model according to the result. The calculated results indi-cated that the effect of the horizontal well and reservoir form
and parameters are fully considered in the model. In the hori-zontal well, because the frictional drop is far bigger than accel-eration drop, in the fact application we can ignore the effect of acceleration of liquid in the wellbore. The horizontal well has an optimal horizontal length range. We can rapidly find out the op-timal length by using the coupled model. The coupled model de-
veloped had finer extended capability and provides a universal mode for reservoir engineering studies in different condition.

Darcy’s law, the principle law through porous media, put forward one hundred years ago, was derived by experiments with liquid. For gas flow in porous media, a slippage effect ex-ists, especially when pressure is low, or velocity is low or per-meability is low. Based on fluid flowing through porous media mechanisms and the geologic characteristic of exploitation, 102 geologic models were established in low permeability reservoir of Changqing oil field in this paper. Using numerical simulation,102 schemes were designed and calculated in rhomboidal and

This paper put forward a ICT (Industrial Computerized Tomography) measuring way of density difference which mea-sures the porosity distribution of reservoir core for the further studying of porous structure and the porosity distribution using technology of ICT, and the measuring way have been applied to measure the porosity and porosity distribution of a core sample
from certain oilfield. The result indicates that the CT density difference method is effective to measure the porosity distribu-tion. The method is faster and more accurate than conventional methods, and it has also the merit, such as no damage to core sample and similar to formation condition. To the condition of water flooding after polymer flooding,due to improper mobility ratio, following water will quickly breakthrough the bank of polymer to production wells, which cause water cut in production wells in a short time. To solve this problem, polymer-fixed technology of double-fluid method has been put forward in this paper. Results show that applica-tion of the technology after polymer flooding could fully fix high concentration polymer in site and the formed gel system will ef-fectively plug these high permeability channels, impel following water to strata of medium and low permeability and improve the
oil recovery after polymer flooding. To restoring water flooding after polymer flooding, the technology of flocculating and poly-mer-fixed technology of double-fluid method can fully flocculate low concentration polymer and effectively fix high concentration polymer in site, which can plug effectively high permeability strata, improve greatly the water injection profile, the sweep

A new formulation of dispersant has been developed by or-thogonal test method in laboratory. The dispersant is used to granulate a certain colloid polymer and composed of 10% tech-nical soap, 60% kerosene and 30% tap water. At the same time, its validity, the influence on the polymer performance, e-conomic benefit and so on, are considered. The new dispersant has the same granulation performance, operation method and u-nit volume (weight) for granulation as the ordinary one, and under the same conditions, it shows much better characters of homogeneous granulation.
