摘要:

目的:研究腺花香茶菜地下块茎化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化化合物,依据理化性质和现代波谱技术
进行结构鉴定。结果:从腺花香茶菜地下块茎70%丙酮提取物中分离得到5个单体化合物,分别鉴定为8(17),13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid(1)、乌索酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、阿魏酸(4)、松柏醛(5)。结论:化合物1-5均为首次从该植物地下块茎中获得,化合物1、4、5则为首次由该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the chemical constituents of tuber of Isodon adenantha. Methods: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidences. Results: Five compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate fraction of the extract from tuber of I. adenantha and identified as 8 (17), 13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid (1), ursolic acid (2) ,β-sitosterol (3), ferulic acid (4)and coniferyl aldehyde (5). Conclusion: Compounds 1 -5 are isolated from the underground part of I. adenantha for the first time, and the compounds 1, 4, and 5 were firstly obtained from this plant.
