目的:了解异长齿黄芪的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱层析对异长齿黄芪乙酸乙酯部位进行分离,采用现代波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从异长齿黄芪乙酸乙酯部位中分离了6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为甘油三亚油酸酯(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基-反式苯丙烯酸正十八醇酯(3)、二十四碳酸(4)、β-谷甾醇(5 )、异甘草素(6 )。结论:化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To learn about the chemical constituents of astragalus monbeigii. Methods: Compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate part of A. monbeigii with column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Results: Six compounds were obtained and identified as trilinolein (1), lupeol (2 ), octadecyl -3 -methoxy -4 -hydroxy -benzeneacrylate(3), tetracosanoic acid(4), β-sitosterol(5), and isoliquiritigenin(6). Conclusion: The six compounds were all isolated from this plant for the first time.
