目的:研究腺花香茶菜根的主要化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析分离纯化化合物,依据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从腺花香茶菜根70%丙酮提取物中分离得到6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为8(17),13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid( 1)、腺花素( 2)、乌索酸( 3)、茁-谷甾醇( 4)、7α-羟基豆甾醇( 5)、3β-羟基-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该植物的根中获得,化合物5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To explore the chemical constituents of root of Isodon adenantha. Methods: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidences. Results: Six compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate fraction of the extract of root of I. adenantha and were identified as 8(17), 13-ent-labda-dien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid(1 ), adenanthin( 2), ursolic acid(3 ), β-sitosterol( 4), stigmast-5,22-dien-3β,7α-diol (5), and 5,8-Epidioxy-5α,8α-ergosta-6,22E- dien-3β-ol (6 ). Conclusion: Compounds 1~6 were isolated from the root of I. adenantha for the first time. while the compounds 5 and 6 were firstly obtained from this plant.
