在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的影响下，为了实现中国和印度的迅速崛起，两国积极推进中印自由贸易区的建立。在建立中印自由贸易区的过程中，两国必定存在激烈的竞争。从中国制造与印度服务等四个方面，分析建立中印自由贸易区过程中两国间的利益冲突，以期有助于两国在建立中印自由贸易区的过程中“求同存异”，避免冲突、加强合作，最终实现“龙象共舞”。
Under the influence of economic globalization and regional economic integration, China and India are promoting actively the establishment of the Free Trade Area （FTA）to fulfill rapid development. There will be fierce competition in the process of establishing the FTA. The paper analyzes the interests and conflicts between the countries from the aspects of "Made in China" and " Indian Service", etc. And the paper aims to offer a helpful reference to the realization of Sino-Indian FTA by the policy of "seeking common ground while reserving differences", enhancing cooperation and avoiding conflicts.
