摘要：

世界一流大学的发展在一定程度上体现了学科的发展。同时，世界一流大学的创新性决定了其在学科发展方面的前沿
性。通过世界一流大学的学科发展历程来研究学科发展对办学成功的影响，并通过探讨何为一流大学，且从支撑高校的四大支柱之中的学科这一角度出发，对学科定义作出阐述；回顾学科变革发展的历史，从而分析出一流大学的办学成功经验。

关键词: 一流大学, 学科发展, 办学影响

Abstract:

The development of world-class universities partly embodies on the development of the discipline and their innovation
creates their leading edge. So it is representative of this article to discuss how the discipline development makes the world-class universities successful. The article gained successful experience and defined discipline from world-class universities by discussing what a world-class university is, reviewed the history of the development of discipline, made research and comments from the perspective.
