介绍了目前水果常用保鲜技术,包括低温保鲜、化学保鲜、气调保鲜和生物保鲜等;讨论了各保鲜技术的优缺点,并分析
了水果保鲜技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:

A series of fruit storage technology are reviewed, such as low temperature preservation, chemical preservation, atmosphere preservation and biological preservation. This paper has also discussed the pros and cons of these storage technologies and analyzed development trend of preservation.
