Educational Function of the Voluntary Service in Colleges from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要:

志愿服务是一项基于人道主义的爱心奉献事业。从积极心理学视角分析大学生志愿服务,可以看出它以其自身独特
的优势,在培养大学生积极情感、塑造大学生积极品格特质、营造利于大学生成长的积极组织系统环境等方面具有重要的促进
意义。在当前高校志愿服务蓬勃开展的背景下,高校可以结合志愿服务的这些积极育人因素,从大学生积极情感提升、积极品
格培养和利于大学生成长的积极组织系统打造等方面改革,切实提升高校志愿服务育人的实效性。

Abstract:

The voluntary service is a love dedicated career based on humanitarianism. Analyzing the voluntary service from the
perspective of positive psychology, we can find its unique advantages--being meaningful for college students in cultivating positive
emotion, shaping positive characteristics, fostering the positive organization, system and environment for the growth of college students.
In the context of current popularized voluntary service in college, it's feasible for colleges to carry out the reform of improving positive
emotion, shaping positive quality and fostering beneficial organization, system and environment with the combination of positive
education function to elevate the efficiency of education function of the voluntary service in colleges.
