摘要：

高等教育综合改革对高校践行社会主义核心价值观提出了新要求。习近平总书记提出的新时期教师的“四大特质”决
定了高校教师必须在践行和推动社会主义核心价值观过程中担当引领者的角色。要实现这一角色，高校教师就必须立足于自
身的职业实践，在日常生活中自觉培养高尚的道德品质，牢牢坚守教学主阵地毫不放松，在职业实践中体现时代担当。

Abstract:

Higher education reform puts forward new requests to the practice of socialist core values. The general secretary, Xi
Jinping, puts forward the "four characteristics" of the teacher in the new period, which determines the leading role of college teachers
in the process of practicing and promoting the socialist core values. In order to realize the role, university teachers must cultivate noble
moral character consciously in daily life based on their professional practice; meanwhile, they also should present the obligation in
teaching practice.
