摘要：

目的：探讨十二指肠球部胃黏膜异位的临床特点及内镜下诊治。方法：回顾性分析2012年2月至2015年8月在大理市
第一人民医院内镜中心经病理证实的15例十二指肠球部胃黏膜异位患者的临床及内镜资料。结果：十二指肠球胃黏膜异位
多位于幽门下方的十二指肠球部，内镜下可表现为颗粒样增生或息肉样隆起，也可表现为单发息肉样隆起。病理常提示异位
胃黏膜。结论：内镜下分型以息肉样增生最多见，单纯内镜诊断符合率低，组织病理学检查是确诊本病的主要手段。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the clinical feature and diagnosis with endoscope of duodenal heterotopic gastric mucosa.
Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted among the clinical and endoscope data of 15 cases duodenal heterotopic gastric
mucosa in the Endoscopy Center of The First People's Hospital of Dali City from February 2012 to August 2015. Results: Duodenal
heterotopic gastric mucosa is in the duodenal under the helicobacter, which shows particles hyperplasia or polypoid as well as single
polypoid. Pathology shows heterotopic gastric mucosa. Conclusion: Polypoid hyperplasia was very common under endoscope.
