Study on the Mechanism of Seselopsis on Primary Dysmenorrhea Induced by Oxytocin in Mice

摘要:

目的:探讨西归乙醇提取物对缩宫素诱发小鼠痛经的镇痛作用。方法:己烯雌酚与缩宫素联用建立痛经模型,观察不
同浓度西归乙醇提取物的镇痛作用。末次给药1 h后,制备子宫匀浆,测定SOD活性,MDA、NO和Ca2+的含量。结果:西归乙
醇提取物能显著降低缩宫素引起的扭体反应,能明显提高子宫匀浆中SOD的活性,降低MDA、升高NO和降低Ca2+的含量(P<
0.05或P<0.01)。结论:西归乙醇提取物对小鼠原发性痛经有明显的镇痛作用,其作用机制可能是通过影响SOD、MDA、NO、
Ca2+而实现的。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of ethanol extract from the seselopsis to the primary dysmenorrhea induced
by oxytocin in mice. Methods: A dysmenorrhea model combining diethylstilbestrol and oxytocin was used to observe the effect of
different concentrations of seselopsis ethanol extract and aspirin. About 1 h after the last medication, the uterine homogenate was
prepared, and the content of SOD activity, MDA, NO and Ca2 + were determined. Results: The ethanol extract from seselopsis could
significantly reduce the writhing response induced by oxytocin, which could significantly improve the activity of SOD, decrease the
content of MDA, increase NO and decrease the content of Ca2+(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The ethanol extract of seselopsis
has obvious analgesic effect on primary dysmenorrhea in mice.
