摘要: 师徒制在“师徒如父子”这一“拟亲属”关系的基础上,将伦理的力量进一步延伸至整个相声行业,从而构建起了一个以辈分为核心分配权力的行业的家族,使相声行业得到了良好的整合,而行业的家族又维持了师徒关系的稳定。这为师徒制独特而高效的技艺传承手段——口传心授的“教”和潜移默化的“熏”,创造了必要的条件,也使师徒制长期保持着鲜活的生命力。

Abstract: Based on the pseudo-relatives,the master and apprentice system further extends the power of ethics to the whole crosstalk industry. In this way, an industry family of power distribution with generation as the core has been built, so that crosstalk industry has been well integrated. And the industry family has maintained the stability of relationship between master and apprentice.This creates necessary conditions for the unique and efficient means of skill inheritance of the mentoring system—oral teaching and imperceptible transfer, and also keeps the mentoring system alive for a long time.
