摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以大理大学药学院“三全育人”综合改革试点工作实践为个案，系统梳理了地方高校校属学院“三全育人”工作的典型经验做法。在深入分析“三全育人”新时代政策和理念内涵基础上，学院构建了“三全育人”体系，采取六大举措并取得显著成效。结合新时代教育发展要求，在反思不足的基础上提出了进一步深化“三全育人”综合改革的改进建议并加以实施。

Abstract:

Taking the pilot practice of comprehensive reform in the College of Pharmacy in Dali University as an example, the typical experience of “Three-Overall Education” in local colleges and universities is systematically sorted out. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of the concept of in the new era, the college has established a system of “Three-Overall Education”, implemented six measures and achieved remarkable results. Combined with the requirements of educational development in the new era, suggestions for further deepening the comprehensive reform are put forward based on the reflection of present insufficiencies.
