基于“360度反馈”的高校教学质量评价体系构建

教学质量是高校的生命,是教育永恒的主题。在高校教学质量评价中引入“360度反馈”,并以此构建教学质量评价体系,使教师及时了解来自全方位的评价,有利于发现问题,解决问题,使自身素质不断提高。同时,对于进一步完善和促进现有高校改进教学质量评价体系有一定的借鉴意义。

Construction of 360 Degrees Feedback Based College Teaching Quality Evaluation System

Teaching quality is the life of college and the theme of education. We have brought "360 degrees feedback" into college teaching quality evaluation and thus built an evaluation system on this foundation so that teachers could know all-around evaluation about their teaching in time. Consequently, teachers could discover and solve their teaching problems and improve their teaching quality. The evaluation system has a referential value to the improvement of the existing college teaching quality evaluation systems.

教学质量是高校的生命,是教育永恒的主题。在高校教学质量评价中引入“360度反馈”,并以此构建教学质量评价体系,使教师及时了解来自全方位的评价,有利于发现问题,解决问题,使自身素质不断提高。同时,对于进一步完善和促进现有高校改进教学质量评价体系有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Teaching quality is the life of college and the theme of education. We have brought "360 degrees feedback" into college teaching quality evaluation and thus built an evaluation system on this foundation so that teachers could know all-around evaluation about their teaching in time. Consequently, teachers could discover and solve their teaching problems and improve their teaching quality. The evaluation system has a referential value to the improvement of the existing college teaching quality evaluation systems.
