Abstract:
A standard addition method for the determination of paraffin in bean thread noodles by employing GC/MS and GC/FID technology was studied. The results show that the recovery was ranged between 96% ~103% and the relative standard deviations were ranged between 2.3% ~4.7%. This method is accurate and the pre-processing of this method is simple.
