This paper deals with 44 species of Tetrigoidea from southwestern Yunnan Province, which belongs to 4 families and 21 genera. Among them, 8 new species are described at present, 7 new species are proposed and will be described otherwise, as well as 3 new sexes and 5 new records to Yunnan. Type specimens of new species are deposited in the College of Life Science and Chemistry, Dali University.

In the research on the history of Chinese mathematics, It is an interesting problem to investigate when the mathematical statements begins in the form of poesy. This paper starts with the mathematical problems in poesy which are obtained from the mathematical literature in ancient mathematics, examines the work of the ancient mathematicians in this respect, and explores the reason of the appearance of ancient arithmetic problems in poesy. It is expected to carry forward the outstanding traditional culture of China in ancient times and bring the educational function of the mathematical problems in poesy into play.

In recent years, we can pick up important information from images with the proposed independent components analysis (ICA) algorithm based on non-Gaussian distribution metric. In this paper , The ICA filters were obtained by MIT image dataset based on FastICA algorithm, by this algorithm , the sampling of image pitches from different scenes can be obtained by constructing a training sets based on one scene, and the results of each group of ICA filters were obtained and analyzed. The experiments indicated that ICA filtering can gain sparse code of different scenes images, and it has adaptive characters to training sets.

In this paper, a method of requirement capture and representation was proposed - based on the domain ontology knowledge. The main character of this method is by way of chief tools of formal requirement by using frame. That is to say, to constitute the ontology model which is to represent its semantic by abstracting semantic information of requirement resources. This method will enhance the expression ability and also make up the knowledge of reasoning ability of object-oriented method.

This paper discusses the basic concepts of the ontology, the formal expression of personal ontology and the relationship between the ontology's elements. Based on it, we propose basic structure of personal ontology and its UML modeling method. Negotiator and agent can be shared knowledge through personal ontology in university. Finally, we give the method of how to map the ontology model to the actual programming environment and permanent storage mode.

In this article, we briefly review the relativistic mean-field (RMF) theory. The ground state properties of Ca isotopes were calculated using the axially deformed relativistic mean-field theory. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data. It indicates that RMF theory can well describe the ground state properties of nucleus.

In this paper, the half-wave loss of reflection of mechanical wave was proved using Euler's formula, under the nonisolated and non-slip boundary conditions. It takes the relationship between vibration and fluctuations as a starting point. The phases of incident waves and reflected waves were also calculated when taking "fixed -end" and "free -end" boundary conditions,respectively.

By measuring the composition of Dali donkey droppings and comparing with human, pig, ox, horse and goat manure
composition, draw a conclusion with reference to relevant China standards: Nitrogen concentration in donkey urine was 2.65 times of the eutrophication indicator, Chemical oxygen demand and biochemical oxygen demand in donkey urine was 9.4 times and 7.8 times respectively of the maximum allowable daily discharge of water pollution concentration in the intensive livestock industry. Donkey dung and horse manure, organic matter content in close second only to the sheep manure, compared to other five kinds of dung, donkey manure nitrogen content of the lowest, the highest content of total phosphorus, donkey manure in the iron and zinc followed the guidelines for the maximum allowable green manure content of 19.4 times and 1.4 times.

A standard addition method for the determination of paraffin in bean thread noodles by employing GC/MS and GC/FID
technology was studied. The results show that the recovery was ranged between 96% ~103% and the relative standard deviations were ranged between 2.3% ~4.7%. This method is accurate and the pre-processing of this method is simple.

Wild animal habituation is important for behavior ecological studies. Provision may facility habituation, but it may
changes the behavior of wild animal and bias data collected. We habituated Trachypit hecus phayrei at Gaoligong National Nature Reserve between Dec. 2008 and Dec. 2009 by direct follow. This study was aiming to understand how to habituated primates in a habitat which was highly disturbed by human. During the study period, mean following time was increased from 0.05 hour to 9 hour and mean following distance was decreased from 54 m to 15 m. Our result showed that it is possible to habituated primate in a short period even in a high disturbed habitat when the habituated method is appropriate.

From Apr.10, 2009 to May 5, 2009, we have made a survey of bird diversity at Erhai Park . In the survey , 18 species
belong to10 families and 5 orders have been recorded. In turns of residents or migrant birds ,14 are resident, 4 are migrant birds; from the types of distributions, there are 8 kinds of Palaearctic species,6 kinds of oriental species,2 kinds of south China species,1 kind of monsoon-type species and 1kind of dislike return .Phylloscopus proregulus, Passer montanus, Emberiza pusilla and Carduelis ambigua were dominant species at Erhai Park. Diversity indices of birds was 2.09 at Erhai Park, the highest bird diversity was the secondary forest, and the lowest was the building area.

A flocculant-producing bacterium from Cangshan soil named CS-26 was isolated. Through tests, the optimum culture
conditions were found to be: starch 20 g，KH₂PO₄ 2 g，polypeptone 1 g，MgSO₄·7H₂O 0.5 g，CaCl₂ 0.5 g，pH 7.0，H₂O 1L，30 ⁰C, 180 r/min, 72 h. The strain CS-26 could produce a strong-activiting flocculant with flocculating rate of 98.85 % against kaolin clay suspension.

Pot experiment was conducted to study the tolerance and accumulation indexes of rape under different Pb and Cd
concentration. Low level of cadmium, lead compound on rape biomass, nitrate reductase activity and some catalytic play an active role, while high levels showed a inhibitory effect. Absorption of cadmium, lead in rape is different . Transfer coefficient of cadmium in rape is higher than that of lead. It shows that rape can be use of cadmium well. Studies have shown that rape can grow in the soils contaminated by cadmium and lead, get a high biomass ,and have strong absorptive capacity of cadmium. So it can serve as a kind of plant with repairing cadmium, lead contaminated soil.
