Chemical Constituents of Diaphragma Juglandis Fructus

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Diaphragma juglandis Fructus. Methods: The constituents were
separated and purified with chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical analyses. Results: Six compounds were identified as vomifoliol（1）2-ethoxyjuglon（2）texifolin（3）naringeni （4）catechin（5）and β-sitosterol （6）. Conclusion: D. juglandis is rich in polyphenolic constituents. All compounds reported in this study were isolated from D. juglandis for the first time.
