Clinical Application of Intradermal and Intermittent Subcutaneous Suture in General Surgical Incisio

Objective:To discuss the adventages of intermittent subcutaneous and intraderrnal suture in general surgical incision.Methods:Patients in general surgery were applied diferent surgical methods.The conditions of wound healing,scar sizes and rates of infection were compared between the group of intermittent subcutaneous and intradermal suture and traditional suture group.Results:The research data showed there were good wound healing,small scar,no centipede legs—like scars,and low infection rates in intermittenl subcutaneous and intrademlal suture group.Conclusion:Intermittent subcutaneous and intradermal suture method was better compared to the traditional suture in general surgical incision.
