Objectives：To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic surgery for gynecological single disease．Methods：Two hundred and thirty four patients of gynecological single disease who had conducted laparoseopie surgery in our department from March 2010 to December 2010 were randondy divided into experimental and control group and 1 1 7 cases in each group．Conventional treatment and health education were applied in control group，while the clinical nursing pathway schedule was strictly conducted in the experimental group．Results：There were significant diferences in the achievement rate of patient health education，compliance behavior and degree of satisfaction between two groups(P<0．05)．Conclusion：The application of clinical nursing pathway was good way in single disease care which could improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction and standardize the care behavior and train young nurses．
