Abstract:

The organizational prostitution crime has always been a heated issue in the circles of criminal law and judicial practice.And questions of "by force" as the means of organizational prostitution, male being included in "others", the discrimination of principal and subordinate criminals among several criminals and death penalty abrogation are the focus of academic debates. Either from academic perspective or judicial practice, a deeper exploration of the crime has a high value. The paper, starting from judicial practice, investigates the special theory of organizational prostitution crime and the composition of the amendments of organizational prostitution crime.
