Under the influence of economic globalization and regional economic integration, China and India are promoting actively the establishment of the Free Trade Area (FTA)to fulfill rapid development. There will be fierce competition in the process of establishing the FTA. The paper analyzes the interests and conflicts between the countries from the aspects of "Made in China" and " Indian Service", etc. And the paper aims to offer a helpful reference to the realization of Sino-Indian FTA by the policy of "seeking common ground while reserving differences", enhancing cooperation and avoiding conflicts.
