Construction of Information Resource Security System of County-Level Public Libraries in Dali Prefecture

Abstract

Abstract:

County-level public library as an important public facility of constructing grassroots public culture is an important place
for the urban and rural masses to popularize scientific and cultural knowledge and to conduct cultural and recreational activities.
Through the survey of 11 county-level public libraries in Dali Prefecture, the paper analyzed the existing problems and their causes,
and then proposed the construction conception of county-level public library information resources security system.
