Abstract:

Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound and high frequency probing into mesenteric
lymphadenitis of children,so as to provide evidence to the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:A total of 141 children with acute or chronic abdominal pain were inspected by high frequency probe, and emphasis was put on peripheral umbilicus and right lower abdomen. Results:Echoes of several swollen lymph nodes with regular form and clear boundary were detected at peripheral umbilicus and right lower abdomen of all the 141 children and the structure of the hilums of the lymph nodes were clear, with aspect ratios above than 2. After 5 to 7 days' anti-infective treatment, the abdominal pains of the children relieved or disappeared. Then they were examined by color doppler ultrasound again,The results showed that the swollen lymph nodes were shrunk obviously. Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound with high accurate rate on diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis of children is the preferred
imaging examination method, which can not only help doctors to diagnose the disease timely, and also be used to observe the clinical effect and to guide the clinical medication.
