A Study of the Perioperative Nursing Care of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Patients

Abstract:

Objective: To discuss the perioperative nursing care of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:
127 patients with gallstone admitted by the department of general surgery were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy and received the perioperative nursing care. Results: Among 127 cases, laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 123 cases was successful, 4 cases had intraoperative bleeding and underwent the conversion to open cholecystectomy. The rest of the patients were discharged from hospital after recovery with wounds healed very well. Conclusion: Complete and detailed nursing care was the key to improving the cure rate and to successful operations.
