Psychological Factors of Surgery Patients' Families at the Waiting Area and Its Interventions

Abstract:

Objective: To discuss the psychological factors of surgery patient's families at the waiting area and its interventions.
Methods: Clinical nursing was practiced and relevant literature was analyzed and concluded. Results: Psychological factors and
interventions include: detailed understanding of patient's condition and operative risk, informing of the surgical environment and
intraoperative condition, improvement of the psychological intervention for emergency operation patient's families, health education for different education levels, conducting the most economical and effective treatment, improving medical skills and ethics. Conclusion:Effective psychological intervention could reduce the anxiety of patient's family, improve doctor-patient relationship and medical quality.
