Abstract:

Shu Zhong Guang Ji(The Extensive Anthology of the Central Sichuan), a collection of historical records, was compiled by
CAO Xuequan who was from Fujian during the period of serving official post of Assistant Deputy Governor in Sichuan with his great
deliberation in searching and collecting Bashu(another name for Sichuan Province)literature. The book includes the wide references and the poetry of the author himself. Those works not only can serve as a compensating and addition to Poetry Manuscripts of Shicang and Anthology of CAO Xuequan, but also can rectify the chronicle errors in his collected works with high amending value.
