Challenges and Countermeasures Faced by the First-line Teachers of Frontier Colleges and Universities in

Abstract:

MOOC teaching is the focus of the teaching reform in universities now, but a variety of reasons lead to serious lag for
MOOC teaching in frontier colleges and universities. In order to help teachers adapt to MOOC teaching as soon as possible, this paper
proposes the strategies and methods based on the analysis of difficulties and challenges faced by teachers in frontier colleges and
universities, and applies them to the construction and teaching of Education course online in Puer University. It has been proved that
these strategies and methods are effective.
