Abstract:

Objective: To observe the treatment efficacy of cervical lymphoid tuberculosis by ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus.
Methods: 77 patients with cervical lymphoid tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group(47 cases)and control group
(30 cases). The control group was only treated by anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy. The efficacy was compared between the two groups,
and the lymph node size of treatment group was compared in different periods. Results: The rate of efficiency of treatment group was
higher than the control group, and there were significant differences(P<0.05). The highest efficiency was on the 28th day in
treatment group. The efficacy of treatment was significant difference by comparing 7th day with 28th day(P<0.01), and the same
result was between 14th day and 28th day(P<0.05). There was no significant difference of the efficacy between 21st day and 28th
days(P>0.05). Conclusion: Treatment for cervical lymphoid tuberculosis by ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus was safe and effective,
and the course of treatment is appropriate in the 21-28 days.
