Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the teaching effect of nursing comprehensive skills strengthening for undergraduates before
internship, to reflect the teaching process and explore the teaching methods. Methods: Questionnaire survey was conducted after
nursing skill strengthening among undergraduates of 2013. Results: Students think that it's very necessary to train the following items:
intravenous infusion, injection technique, cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）, aseptic technique, breathing machine. The training
can greatly improve students' comprehensive ability in language, communication, problem solving, team work, clinical thinking,
nursing techniques, overall nursing ability and coping capacity. Conclusion: Skill tests and professional knowledge strengthening can
improve the skills and lay a foundation for the clinical internship.
