Abstract:  Objective To investigate the expression and function of PARVG gene in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma KIRC based on bioinformatics. Methods A variety of online databases and software were used to synthetically analyze the prognostic value of PARVG gene in KIRC and its related regulatory mechanism. Results The expression level of PARVG gene in KIRC was significantly higher than that in normal tissues adjacent to cancer P<0.05), and the expression level of PARVG gene was directly related to the clinicopathological features of patients with different tumor stages grades ethnicities and ages and its high expression level suggested a poor prognosis P<0.05. There are 17 co-expressed genes of PARVG gene and its bioinformatics function is mainly concentrated on the formation and maintenance of plasma membrane cell communication signal transduction and so on. Conclusion PARVG gene is highly expressed in KIRC patients which can be used as a potential target for diagnosis treatment and prognosis of KIRC patients.
