Abstract: Objective: To analyze the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods: A total of 246 patients with breast tumor(256 breast nodules) admitted to Baoshan People's Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. The results of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and conventional ultrasound were evaluated based on postoperative pathological results. Results: 256 breast nodules were diagnosed by postoperative pathology, including 103 malignant tumors and 153 benign tumors. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography correctly diagnosed 90 malignant tumors and 136 benign tumors. Conventional ultrasound correctly diagnosed 72 malignant tumors and 119 benign tumors. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors were higher than those of conventional ultrasound. Conclusion: Compared with conventional ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography has higher sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, and is worthy of promotion.
