Research on the Energy

Abstract

Abstract:

In the third energy transition process from oil and gas to new energy sources， the sustainable development goals require people to carry out the energy revolution under the guidance of the triple goals of environmental sustainability， energy supply security and affordable price. The energy "trilemma" plays an important theoretical guiding role in analyzing the problems of energy development and evaluating the energy development system. This concept originated in the wave of sustainable development and energy transition in the 1980s. In recent years， with the growing concern for social equity in the energy sector， the concept of the energy "trilemma" has been further expanded. In terms of practical application， this theory could explain China's 2021 power rationing from both the supply side and the demand side， and is able to provide countermeasures to further safeguard domestic power security.
