On Innovative Patterns of Hybrid Learning in Community Education in the Digital Age

Abstract:

 On the basis of summarizing the community education model at home and abroad, and social cognition theory, the innovative model of hybrid learning for community education is proposed around online and offline. Specifically, community residents are classified, the knowledge resources are graded according to the difficulties, and online national pooling curriculum and offline activities tailored to local conditions are combined to meet the needs of community residents.On this basis, the advantages of the innovative model in the field of community education and its practical possibilities are explored. This innovative model provides a reference basis in optimizing the allocation of resources and meeting the personalized needs of residents, which is not only conducive to promoting the development of community education towards informatization and modernization, but also conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of citizens, which is of great practical significance to create a lifelong learning society.
