The Joint Construction and Co-construction for Party construction is an important way for socialism with Chinese characteristics to enter the new era and state-owned enterprises to strengthen the Party building. The implementation of Joint Construction and Co-Construction for Party construction work can consolidate the important position of state-owned enterprises of the same type in the same river basin in the national economic and social development, break the interest barriers to promote their healthy development, practice the people-centered idea to serve local development, and integrate resource advantages for better serving rural revitalization. At present, there are five main modes of Joint Construction and Co-Construction for Party construction in the stateowned enterprises of the same type and in the same areas, i.e., Party building with the masses, regional co-construction, project-based co-construction, group companies co-construction mode and point-to-point co-construction. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of summarizing the experience of party building of these state-owned enterprises, Yunnan Company and Jinshang Company established the "12345" model and path exploration. Its ideas, goals, modes and paths are of great innovative value, which provides beneficial reference for other state-owned enterprises.

From the perspective of historical materialism, the historical initiative of the CPC is the ability and spiritual character of
actively creating history formed under the guidance of scientific theory, long-term practice and experience, and active responsibility. Due to the richness of social practice in different periods, it presents a variety of specific forms. In the theoretical form, it represents three leaps to realize the modernization of Marxism in China. In the practical form, it represents great achievements in all-round historical development. In the spiritual form, it represents the construction of the spiritual pedigree of the CPC. In the empirical form, it represents the formation of three important historical resolutions in the history of the CPC. Taking history as a mirror, we should adhere to the leadership of the Party, strengthen the core consciousness, master the ability of the Marxism, strengthen the noble faith, rely on the people, stimulate the initiative, summarize historical experience and draw wisdom, thus continuing to carry forward the historical initiative and take the road to the new era.

In the new era, China′s aging problem and the implementation of the three-child policy are bound to increase women′s
housework. Therefore, it is urgent to promote the socialization of housework. Engels′ thought on housework socialization is helpful to guide and promote the high-quality development of housework socialization. Its basic connotation is embodied as follows: to exert women′s subjectivity, to be practical in the objective world, and to be scientific rooted in historical materialism. Its internal purpose is embodied in the direct demand of promoting women′s direct liberation, the ideal pursuit of concluding love and marriage, the fundamental requirement of promoting production development, and the inevitable requirement of people′s all-round development. Its inspiration for promoting the socialization of housework lies in: consolidating the material foundation, adhering to new idea that the new development concept leads the high-quality development of productivity, strengthening scientific and technological empowerment and modernization support with digital technology, giving full play to the advantages of the system, and enhancing public services and its security system.

Atheism is the ideological background of Chinese culture and the important ideological basis for the integration of Marxism
and Chinese culture. History has proved that all religions in China are influenced, cultivated and guided by the atheist ideology of
Chinese culture, which is manifested as the integration of core ideas and spiritual cultivation, and the integration of loyalty and filial
piety ethics on the external level. Therefore, it can be said that atheism is an important ideological basis for the harmonious coexistence of all religions in our country, and an important ideological and theoretical guarantee for the healthy inheritance of religions in China at present.

After the comprehensive establishment of a moderately prosperous society, solidly promoting common prosperity has
become an important goal of the new historical stage. Solidly promoting common prosperity requires not only promoting high-quality economic development but also ensuring proper income distribution. Currently, compared with the goal of common prosperity, there are still lots of problems in the field of income distribution in China, including a large gap in initial income distribution, insufficient adjustment in redistribution, and inadequate driving force in tertiary distribution. In order to solidly promote common prosperity, it is necessary to establish an initial distribution system that balances efficiency and fairness, and increase the proportion of labor compensation in the initial distribution. It is also important to improve the degree and precision of adjustment in redistribution through taxation, social security, and transfer payments, and ensure that the benefits of development are enjoyed by all residents. Furthermore, the tertiary distribution should play a crucial role in promoting common prosperity by establishing a system and mechanism that primarily relies on incentives, and creating a favorable social atmosphere where the rich help the poor.

It is of great significance to explore ways for social work to intervene in emergent public health crises to promote all parties
to participate in the national emergency rescue system. Based on crisis intervention theory and ecosystem theory, in-depth interviews were conducted with the staff of Social Work Association of J Province and the coordinators of all parties. The study found that the Social Work Association of J Province mobilized resources from all sides to assist the country in jointly fighting the epidemic, and its organization and action mode were efficient and practical. However, the intervention path of social work was still insufficient, and it needed to further improve the existing problems from micro, meso and macro perspectives.

When China joined the Paris Agreement, it proposed to strive to achieve carbon peaking in 2030 and carbon neutrality in
2060. Under the background of dual-carbon, some scholars proposed to implement compulsory licensing of clean energy technology by comparing compulsory licensing of medicines. However, the existing theory has a logic of argumentation fallacy, a lack of dimension and many other problems. Through the external justification of legal philosophy based on environmental rights, the internal justification of jurisprudence based on legal norms, the empirical analysis based on the implementation of clean energy patents, and the comparative analysis based on clean energy patents and pharmaceutical patents. It is concluded that clean energy compulsory licensing has legally justified, but not practically necessary. Even so, the compulsory licensing system should be improved to play an assistant role in technology transfer negotiations, promote the transfer of clean energy technology, and guarantee the long-term goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.

The principle of sustainable development has developed into a principle of international law for mankind to cope with global
challenges, but it faces various difficulties and challenges in the process of implementation. The fragmentation and softening of
international law norms in the field of sustainable development, and the rise of non-state actors have had a significant impact on the understanding and implementation of sustainable development principle. Through the systematization of international law on sustainable development and the updating of implementation theories and methods, it is necessary to improve the system of rules applicable to the principle of sustainable development, give play to the constructive role of non-state actors, and enhance the binding force and enforcement of the principle of sustainable development through international economic and trade treaties and dispute settlement mechanisms, so that the principle of sustainable development can be correctly implemented and enforced in international law.

Dali University full-time Master of Education cultivation has maintained a high proportion of non-normal graduates among
candidates; the barriers to promoting the partnership between universities and primary and secondary schools still exist; the bridge effect of teacher-educators who train full-time master of education in communication between educational theory and educational practice needs to be strengthened; the contradiction between academic and practical aspects remains unsolved in the classroom teaching reform of full-time M.Ed. Thus, we need to encourage universities′ academic research to nurture teaching practice in primary and secondary schools, and we need to implement mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation between both sides. It is also necessary to establish the teacher educator cultivation mechanism and promote its coordination with the dual tutorship system. Moreover, we need to reform M.Ed. practical teaching with the concepts of reflective practice ability cultivation.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To optimize the formulation of rape pollen granules by screening suitable moisture-proof excipients. Methods:
On the basis of pre-experiments, rape pollen extract was mixed with commonly used medicinal excipients. Using the forming rate,
angle of repose, and equilibrium moisture absorption rate of rape pollen particles as evaluation indicators, the comprehensive
evaluation index was calculated by the G1-entropy weight method. Then the optimal moisture-proof excipient prescription was
screened and the critical relative humidity was measured. Results: When the mass ratio of rape pollen extract, starch and mannitol was
1∶1.2∶0.8, the forming rate, angle of repose and equilibrium moisture absorption rate were 89.64%, 23.42°and 6.474 1%, respectively.
The comprehensive evaluation index was the highest, reaching 0.959 9. The critical relative humidity was 80%. Conclusion: The
moisture resistance of rape pollen granules based on G1-entropy weight method combined with multi-index optimization is satisfactory
and the process is stable and feasible, which can be used for the preparation of rape pollen granules.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To explore the antiproliferative effect of lichenic acid on pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1. Methods:
Lichenic acid was used to act on human PANC-1 cell, which was further followed by MTT assay to detect cell proliferative activity,
flow cytometry to detect the effect of lichenic acid on apoptosis of PANC-1 cell, scratch assay to detect the effect of lichenic acid on the
migration of PANC-1 cell, protein blotting to detect the expression of BAX, BCL2, and TrxR1 proteins, and enzyme labeling to detect
the enzymatic activity of TrxR1. Results: Lichenic acid reduced PANC-1 cell and promoted the apoptosis of PANC-1 cell, significantly
inhibited the migration of PANC-1 cell, up-regulated the expression of pro-apoptotic protein BAX, down-regulated the expression of
anti-apoptotic protein BCL2, and also inhibited the expression of TrxR1 and the activity of TrxR1 enzyme. Conclusion: Lichenic acid
could inhibit PANC-1 proliferation and is a potential chemotherapeutic agent for pancreatic cancer.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To investigate the expression levels of gene DPT in gastric cancer tissues and tissues far away from cancer
lesions. Methods: Based on TCGA, Oncomine, and GEPIA databases, genes that might exhibit abnormal expression and are associated
with prognosis in gastric cancer tissues were identified. Gastric cancer tissues and far away from cancer lesions were collected, and the
expression levels of the target gene DPT were assessed using qRT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results: A total of 319
upregulated genes and 556 downregulated genes were identified, with gene DPT selected for further investigation. qRT-PCR and
immunohistochemistry results indicated that DPT expression was significantly lower in gastric cancer tissues compared to tissues far
away from cancer lesions, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a differential expression of gene
DPT between gastric cancer tissues and tissues far away from cancer lesions, which may be related to the occurrence of gastric cancer.
Further studies are needed to elucidate the specific mechanisms involved.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To explore the effect of self-controlled epidural analgesia with ropivacaine and sufentanil at different stages on
labor progression and delivery outcomes in primiparas. Methods: A total of 240 primiparas who underwent natural delivery at the
Department of Obstetrics at the First People's Hospital of Dali City from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into three
groups based on the timing of analgesia intervention: the incubation period analgesia group (group A), the active phase analgesia group
(group B), and the control group (group C), with 80 cases in each group. Labor duration, maternal and neonatal outcomes, and
delivery conditions were compared among the three groups. Results: Significant differences were observed only in the duration of the
first stage of labor among the three groups (P<0.05). Group A and group B showed significantly better results than group C in terms of
the time to initiation of lactation and visual analog scale (VAS) scores, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Among the
three groups, group A had the highest rate of spontaneous vaginal delivery and the lowest rates of cesarean section, amniotic fluid
contamination, and lateral episiotomy, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Epidural analgesia interventions
during labor have minimal impact on the labor process of primiparas undergoing natural delivery. Epidural analgesia administered
during the incubation period can significantly shorten labor duration, increase the rate of spontaneous vaginal delivery, reduce the
cesarean section rate, and improve pregnancy outcomes.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To understand the contamination status of bed curtains in a children's hospital after washing and at different
times of use, and to provide a basis for establishing the frequency of curtain washing. Methods: A stratified random sampling method
was used to randomly select curtain samples from seven departments in the emergency department and general wards. Sampling was
carried out seven times, that was, immediately after washing, one week after use, and once per month from 1 month to 5 months after
use. The numbers of colonies were recorded. Results: There were statistically significant differences in contamination rates of curtains
among those used for different durations of usage, in different departments, and in different wards (P<0.05). The contamination rate in
general wards was significantly higher than that in the emergency department. The number of colonies on the curtains in the internal
medicine department was the largest, and that in the emergency department was the smallest. Conclusion: The washed bed curtains
will be contaminated to varying degrees after one week of use, and the longer they are used, the more serious the contamination is. It is
necessary to regularly wash the curtains according to the contamination status, and increase the frequency of curtain washing for
departments with more severe contamination.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of F-RURS and mPCNL in the treatment of impacted upper ureteral stones.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of the medical records of 220 patients with impacted upper ureteral stones treated in the Department
of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from January 2019 to January 2023 was conducted. Patients were divided
into the mPCNL group and the F-RURS group according to the treatment method. The surgical parameters, success rate of single
session stone fragmentation, stone clearance at 1 month postoperatively, and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared
between the two groups. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of surgery time and
stone clearance rate at 1 month postoperatively (P>0.05). Compared with the mPCNL group, the F-RURS group had significantly
shorter postoperative hospital stay and less decrease in hemoglobin level postoperatively, with statistically significant differences (P<
0.01). The stone fragmentation success rate in the mPCNL group was significantly higher than that in the F-RURS group, while the
incidence of postoperative complications was also significantly higher in the mPCNL group compared to the F-RURS group, with
statistically significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion: Both F-RURS and mPCNL can achieve satisfactory efficacy in the treatment
of impacted upper ureteral stones, with no serious postoperative complications in either group. F-RURS has the advantages of less
bleeding, shorter hospital stay, and lower incidence of postoperative complications, and is worth clinical promotion.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of thin-section CT imaging features in discriminating the nature of pulmonary
nodules. Methods: Clinical data of 100 patients with pulmonary nodules were retrospectively analyzed. Based on the pathological
examination results, they were divided into benign group and malignant group. All patients underwent thin-section CT imaging
examination. The nodular signs, grading assessment results, composition of thin-section CT imaging features, and thin-section CT
imaging indices were observed and compared between the two groups. The influence of each index on the diagnosis of benign and
malignant pulmonary nodules was discussed through Logistic regression analysis, and the diagnostic value of each index for benign and
malignant pulmonary nodules was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve). Results: There were significant
differences between the two groups of patients in terms of pulmonary nodule grading system assessment results, thin-section CT imaging
features, and nodule-related indices (P<0.05). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that pulmonary nodule grading,
maximum nodule diameter, average CT value, and maximum CT value were independent factors affecting the diagnosis of malignant
pulmonary nodules (P<0.05). With the increase of grading level and thin-section CT imaging-related indices, the risk of diagnosing
malignant pulmonary nodules increased. The ROC curve analysis results showed that pulmonary nodule grading, maximum nodule
diameter, average CT value, and maximum CT value all had clear diagnostic value in discriminating the nature of pulmonary nodules,
especially when used in combination. Conclusion: Thin-section CT imaging features have important clinical significance in
discriminating the nature of pulmonary nodules. Considering pulmonary nodule grading, maximum nodule diameter, average CT value,
and maximum CT value comprehensively can more accurately determine the nature of pulmonary nodules, providing more comprehensive
clinical reference for doctors.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of brucellosis patients in the Dali region to provide
a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 63
patients diagnosed with brucellosis at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University between January 1, 2013, and March 31, 2023.
Based on whether patients developed secondary thrombocytopenia, they were divided into a normal platelet group and a thrombocytopenia
group. Baseline data, laboratory results, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: Among the 63 brucellosis
patients, 40 were male, and 23 were female, with an average age of (51.19±12.34) years. The most common initial clinical symptom was
fever, followed by lower back pain. The majority of the cases occurred between April and July. Patients in the thrombocytopenia group had
longer hospital stays and more severe conditions. Conclusion: In the Dali region, brucellosis is more common among middle-aged and
elderly men in rural areas with epidemiological exposure, with peak incidence occurring in spring and summer. Clinical manifestations
are diverse and complex, and patients with secondary thrombocytopenia experience more severe illness. Clinicians need to improve their
understanding of this disease to reduce missed and misdiagnosed cases.

To innovate rural governance models and improve rural governance effectiveness is extremely crucial. As an emerging
innovative governance model in recent years, the integral system governance model helps strengthen Party leadership and promote
effective rural governance. Through reducing Party members' maladaptive thoughts and habits and increasing villagers" participation in
village governance, F Village clarifies the role of grassroots Party organizations as battle fortresses and sets an exemplary role for the
villagers. Taking "points system and positive energy supermarket" as the starting point, the villagers' behaviors are quantified into
specific scores and recorded. Villagers can exchange points for daily necessities. Practice shows that as an incentive and restraint
mechanism, the points system is deeply embedded in the daily governance of F Village and has become an institutional driving force for
promoting effective rural governance in the Village.

exploration. It centers on the era theme of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and conducts an extended
consideration. It also conducts a logical analysis on the cultural and spiritual values contained in the consumption behavior of the Buyiethnic group in a regional context. Based on the Marxist economic principles of "production, distribution, exchange, and consumption", a reverse consultation is carried out to examine the functions and values of each link of "production, distribution, and exchange" from the perspective of "consumption". Through the study of the consumption interaction and ritual manifestations of the Buyi ethnic group in the third local dialect region of Guizhou, this paper examines the theory and practice of their "three interactions" with other ethnic groups. It conducts a logical examination from four dimensions: register and argument, presence and inspection, interaction and cognition, practice and prospect.

Building Dali into historical and cultural city and an international tourism city worthy of the name, and creating a worldclass
cultural and tourism industry is an important path to realize the high-end, high-quality and internationalization of Dali's culture
and tourism. Based on the investigation of the current situation of "integration of culture and tourism" in Dali Prefecture, it is found that Dali Prefecture is rich in tourism resources and has profound historical heritage, but it is now facing a problem of single-point concentration, multi-point dispersion and integration without full fusion. Dali should coordinate cultural undertakings, cultural
industries and tourism industry with the concept of "integration of culture and tourism". It should also play the leading role of the
government, strengthen the cultivation of cultural and tourism talents, strengthen the publicity of news media and give play to its
geographical advantages to promote the high-quality development of "integration of culture and tourism" in Dali.
