Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, the traditional sales methods have made the special products in Dalian unsalable, and the economic development has been seriously affected. When the advantages of e-commerce livestreaming began to emerge, Dalian city seized the opportunity to vigorously develop the e-commerce livestreaming industry, hoping to stimulate people′s consumption desire and boost the economy. This paper summarizes the development status of Dalian′s ecommerce livestreaming industry after the outbreak of the epidemic, analyzes the opportunities and challenges, and puts forward strategies for its future development. The results show that the coupling coordination degree of the three regions in the study period shows a good upward trend on the whole, and the coupling coordination level is improved from the verge of imbalance to the primary coordination; The differences in the Xijiang Economic Belt and the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone are significantly higher than those in the resource-rich areas of western Guangxi; The regional differences between the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the Xijiang Economic Belt are relatively large; The hypervariable density has become the dominant factor affecting the source of the difference in the coupling coordination degree of Guangxi; And the factors affecting the degree of coupling and coordination are in the order of urban development scale, industrial structure, population size, transportation conditions, government regulation and economic development level according to the intensity of action. Methods: Silica gel, MCI, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents from the 95% ethanol extract of the dried twigs and leaves of M. rockii. The isolated compounds were identified based on physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic analysis techniques. Results: Seven monomeric compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the dried twigs and leaves of M. rockii and were identified as trans-phytol （1）, phytenal （2）, phytyl palmitate （3）, 1-hexadecanoyl propan-2, 3-diol （4）, methyl 9, 12, 13-trihydroxyoctadeca-10E, 15Z-dienoate （5）, α-linolenic acid （6）, and octadecanol （7）. This paper makes a conversation analysis of aphasia, investigates the influence of aphasia on the interaction of patients, and evaluates the three main areas of conversation including trouble and repair, turns and sequences, topic and overall conversation. Analysis of Serum Specific IgE Antibody Results for Allergens in 824 Patients with Atopic Dermatitis Dai Yu, Shi Hongmei, Ni Changwen, Yang Siqi, Huang Ling, Xu Jing Journal of Dali University    2024, 9 (2): 95-100.   Abstract （34）      PDF （1415KB）（32）    Knowledge map    Save Objective: To analyze the results of allergen detection in patients with atopic dermatitis （AD） in Dali region, providing epidemiological data and clinical diagnostic basis for the prevention and treatment of AD in this region. Methods: Clinical data of 824 AD patients were collected, and the results of serum specific immunoglobulin E （IgE） detection for allergens were statistically analyzed. Results: Among the 824 AD patients, the positive rate of IgE was 35.44%, with 22.94% having one positive item and 12.50% having two or more positive items. The top five positive rates for inhalant allergens were dust mite mix, mugwort, common ragweed, tree mix, and cockroach; for food allergens, the top five were egg white, milk, crab, soybean, and peanut. The top three positive allergens varied among different age groups. In the infants and toddlers group （0-2 years）, they were milk, egg white, and beef; in the preschool children group（ 3-6 years）, they were dust mite mix, egg white, and mugwort/common ragweed/tree mix; in the school-age adolescents group （7-18 years）, they were dust mite mix, cockroach/mugwort, crab/common ragweed; in the young adults group （19-45 years）, they were dust mite mix, cockroach, and mugwort; in the middle-aged and elderly group （45 years and above）, they were mugwort/ common ragweed, dust mite mix, and tree mix. With increasing age, the positive rate of food allergens gradually decreased. Differences in the positive rates of egg white, milk, peanut, crab, soybean, beef, lamb, dust mite mix, mugwort, cockroach, cat hair, house dust, and hops among patients in different age groups were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The reaction intensity of specific IgE to allergens was mainly in grades 1-3. Conclusion: The positive rate of serum specific IgE in AD patients is relatively high, mainly mixed type. Various allergens show significant differences in distribution among different age groups, providing guidance for the prevention and treatment of AD in the local area. The results verified that network class, teacher, courses and self are the factors that lead to the decline of learning motivation of Chinese learners in the universities A and B in Yunnan province. There are obvious differences in demotivation factors among learners of different language proficiency, different universities and different districts based on research results. Under the background of dual-carbon, some scholars proposed to implement compulsory licensing of clean energy technology by comparing compulsory licensing of medicines. However, the existing theory has a logic of argumentation fallacy, a lack of dimension and many other problems. Through the external justification of legal philosophy based on environmental rights, the internal justification of jurisprudence based on legal norms, the empirical analysis based on the implementation of clean energy patents, and the comparative analysis based on clean energy patents and pharmaceutical patents. It is concluded that clean energy compulsory licensing has legally justified, but not practically necessary. Even so, the compulsory licensing system should be improved to play an assistant role in technology transfer negotiations, promote the transfer of clean energy technology, and guarantee the long-term goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. It is closely related to the learning environment, acquisition order, acquisition criteria and first language transfer, and has become one of the most important theories of second language acquisition. To some extent, the development of the theory of language processing represents the trend of the study of acquisition order. Based on the basic concepts and theoretical framework of Processability Theory, this paper further reviews the empirical studies on the theory and learning environment, acquisition order, language typology and other factors, so as to explores the unity and divergence between the level of language processing and the order of second language acquisition in terms of syntactic units, language types and interlanguage systems. The implementation of Joint Construction and Co-Construction for Party construction work can consolidate the important position of state-owned enterprises of the same type in the same river basin in the national economic and social development, break the interest barriers to promote their healthy development, practice the people-centered idea to serve local development, and integrate resource advantages for better serving rural revitalization. At present, there are five main modes of Joint Construction and Co-Construction for Party construction in the stateowned enterprises of the same type and in the same areas, i.e., Party building with the masses, regional co-construction, project-based co-construction, group companies co-construction mode and point-to-point co-construction. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of summarizing the experience of party building of these state-owned enterprises, Yunnan Company and Jinshang Company established the "12345" model and path exploration. On the History of the Scientific Expedition for Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake Hu Xiaokang, , , , , Wang Tao, , , , , Yang Liquan, , , , Journal of Dali University    2024, 9 (6): 1-.   Abstract （32）      PDF （1634KB）（128）    Knowledge map    Save Objective: To sort out the works in history, describe the historical process, and summarize the historical achievements of the scientific expedition for Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake, and put forward suggestions for future scientific expedition. Methods:Based on retrieving and investigating literature and taking the history of biological science expedition as the main line of discourse, the history of scientific expedition for Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake was divided into different stages according to the characteristics of the development process of Chinese society since modern times, and the specific works and main achievements of each stage were elaborated. Results: The modern scientific expedition for Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake region was initiated in 1882 by Westerners represented by Père Jean Marie Delavay. In 1919, Zhong Guanguang（ also known as Tsoong Kuan-Kwang） came to Cangshan mountain and collected specimens, which was the first time for Chinese to investigate Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake. So far, the scientific expedition in this region has gone through four main development stages, i.e., the initial stage before the founding of the People′s Republic of China （before 1949）, the early period of the People′s Republic of China （1949-1977）, the first 20 years of reform and opening up（ 1978-2000）, and the latest 20 years（ 2001 to present）. After more than 140 years of accumulation of scientific expedition, we have a systematic understanding of the species resources and its distributions of plants, macrofungi and some animal groups （i.e., mammals, birds, fish, and some insects） of the Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the physical geography, geology, and ecological environment resources in this region. The plant hunters represented by George Forrest had brought back many plant germplasm resources from this region to Europe and the United States, which greatly promoted the development of horticulture and landscape architecture and the associated industry in Western countries. Conclusion: The scientific expedition for Cangshan mountain and Erhai lake has a long history and rich contents, which is rare in China, and had made significant contributions to the development of modern biology, especially botany. Methods: Nursing students in grades 2020 and 2021 of Dali University were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to teaching mode. The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group, while the O-AMAS effective teaching model was used in the course teaching design for the experimental group. The results of critical thinking ability, autonomous learning ability, in-class test and teacher-student mutual evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of critical thinking ability, autonomous learning ability, student evaluation, teacher evaluation and in-class test of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P < 0.001）. Conclusion: Integrating the O-AMAS model into the course design of "Health Assessment" can improve the teaching quality and teacher-student satisfaction, and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability. Methods: The Gini coefficient and agglomeration degree were used to analyze the equity of medical and health resources allocation in Dali Prefecture from the aspects of number of healthcare institutions, health technicians, practicing （assistant） physicians, registered nurses, and beds. Results: The level of medical and health resources allocation in Dali Prefecture showed an overall upward trend. The equity of medical and health resources allocation in Dali Prefecture was poor when the geographical area was used as the evaluation index. When the population index was used to evaluate the equity, except for the number of healthcare institutions, the overall equity was in a fair state. The medical and health resources gathered in Dali City were relatively excessive compared with the population, and the other counties were relatively insufficient. Conclusion: The equity of medical and health resources in Dali Prefecture needs to be improved. Population and geographical factors should be comprehensively considered to improve the equity of medical and health resources allocation and rationally plan health investment. Based remote sensing analysis of vegetation, the results showed the vertical vegetation spectrum distribution pattern was obvious in Cangshan mountain, and the community types and their interconversion in the subalpine vegetation zone were complicated. The Abies delavayi forest, as the core protected object, was mainly distributed in the alpine zone of eastern slope. With the establishment of protected area, the fractional of vegetation coverage of Cangshan mountain increased significantly, and all functional zones had been fully restored to high coverage vegetation. Through the field vegetation community investigation, the community structure of Abies delavayi forest and Lithocarpus variolosus forest was stable, and at some elevations, the communities of Pinus yunnanensis forest, Pinus armandi forest and Alnus nepalensis forest were at risk of decline. Compared to the previous single method of scientific investigation, this remote sensing image could effectively improve the deciphering of vegetation cover types and their interconversions in Cangshan mountain. At the same time, the results from remote sensing analysis and field investigation can support each other well. Methods: The volunteer visual analogue scoring method was used to classify the real taste of 25 kinds of Chinese herbs, and grasp the main taste, taste grade, perception position and perception trend of each kind of Chinese herb. 11 kinds of common sweeteners were selected, and the exclusive sweeteners that can effectively mask the bad taste of the above Chinese herbs were matched through the volunteer tasting experiment. Results: The main tastes of different Chinese herbs were different. Huanglian and Longdan had intense bitterness, and Longdan had astringency; Huangbai and Chuanxinlian had strong bitterness, and Chuanxinlian had astringency; 13 herbs, such as Yanhusuo and Lianzixin, had obvious bitterness, and the aftertaste disappeared 3-4 minutes after spitting the liquid; Kuxingren and Yinchen had slight bitterness, and the aftertaste disappeared 1-3 minutes after spitting the liquid; Ganjiang had obvious spicy taste. The results of the specificity of sweeteners showed that the most suitable sweetener for Chuanxinlian was sucralose; for Longdan and Huangbai, it was neotame; for Huajuhong and Zhishi, it was mogroside; for Baibu and Zhebeimu, it was stevioside; for Lianqiao, it was aspartame; for Qinghao, it was glycyrrhizin; for Sanqi, it was acesulfame-K. Conclusion: The main taste of the above-mentioned Chinese herbs is bitter, and 3/5 of them have concurrent tastes; the taste perception site of the vast majority of Chinese herbs is in the back of the mouth, and the spicy taste perception is in the front of the tongue. According to the analysis of taste characteristics of 21 kinds of Chinese herbs, stevioside, mogroside, sucralose and glycyrrhizin are suitable for suppressing the bitterness of most bitter Chinese herbs. Methods: MED was measured using a solar simulator in 25 CAD patients and 20 healthy volunteers. The photopatch test was conducted using the RIMIN standard photopatch test reagent kit. Results: The long-wave ultraviolet minimal erythema dose（ UVAMED） for CAD patients was 25.63 J/cm2, and the medium-wave ultraviolet minimal erythema dose（UVB-MED） was 20.56 mJ/cm2. The UVA-MED for healthy volunteers was 49.92 J/cm2, and the UVB-MED was 38.80 mJ/cm2. The MED values in CAD patients were significantly lower compared to healthy volunteers（P<0.05）. The positive rate of photopatch test in CAD patients was 44%, with common photoallergens including hexyl 2-（4-diethylamino-2-hydroxybenzoyl）benzoate, promethazine hydrochloride, and 2-hydroxy- 4-methoxybenzophenone. The results show that:①the competitiveness of modern service sectors in most provinces is weak; ② there are fewer comparative advantage sectors but more disadvantage sectors in the four major regions, and the distribution of these sectors is uneven within and between provinces and regions, highlighting the phenomenon of unbalanced development; ③the NRCA of modern service industries varies significantly in different years. Based on these findings, targeted recommendations are proposed to focus on developing sectors with high NRCA, increase support for the modern service industry, focus on industry integration, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, improve technological service capabilities and promote industrial development resilience. The biological indices and muscle nutritional quality were analyzed and compared by using conventional biochemical analysis methods. Results：（1） There were no significant differences in the biological indices between two Schizothorax fish species（P>0.05）. （2） The protein content in the muscles of the S. lissolabiatus and the S. griseus were 19.36% and 19.09%， respectively. （3） The highly unsaturated fatty acid content in the muscles of both Schizothorax fish species was highest in docosahexaenoic acid. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and the ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids to saturated fatty acids in the muscles of S. lissolabiatus were significantly higher than those in S. griseus， with statistical significance（P<0.05）. （4） The content of alanine in the muscles of S. lissolabiatus was significantly higher than that in S. giseus， with statistical significance（P<0.05）. The essential amino acid score and its average value in the muscles of S. lissolabiatus were higher than those in S. giseus. To solve this problem， a human abnormal emotion recognition algorithm based on video images is studied. Firstly， the facial expressions and body movement features were detected to obtain feature vectors through image preprocessing， and the target image classification features were obtained by scanning pixels. Deep learning was used to extract facial features， and a MLP hierarchical architecture was applied with corresponding learning rates and iteration times to obtain a two-dimensional training dataset of images.Then， the feature maps were sent to the network connection layer for dimensionality reduction， and the classification layer of the model was set. Finally， feature transfer and effective recognition were achieved by connecting the feature maps of different layers through DNET. The Chinese poetry manuscript of the translated version comes from a French missionary manuscript purchased by the father of George Staunton. Weston's translation work was completed with the help of multiple Western European Chinese dictionaries and the achievements of Chinese language research in Europe at that time. There are errors in the introduction of the background of poetry creation in the translated version, and there are many literal interpretation errors, but the general translation of most chapters is accurate.
