Impact of Different Treatments on Seed Germination and Growth of Moringa oleifera J4    2012, 11 (4): 48-49.   Abstract （428）      PDF （4913KB）（3497）    Knowledge map    Save The different kinds of Chemical as carbendazim, KMnO4 and warm water were used on Moringa oleifera seeds, and the germination rate and the plant height were recorded in each group. The results show that: 1% carbendazim treatment with 4 h, the germination rate was 73.3%, higher than that in the control group 11.1%; 100 mg / L 12 h KMnO4 soaking 's germination rate of 70%, higher than that in control group 7.8%; 59 degrees warm water soaking 4 h, germination rate of 67.8%, higher than that in control group 5.6%. The 1% carbendazim treatment on the germination of Moringa oleifera was the best. All the treatments had promoting effects on the seedlings growth of Moringa oleifer; using 1% carbendazim was the best. Reference | Related Articles | Metrics

To explore the theory and method of psychotherapy through TCM and for mental health service practitioners to learn and inherit them. Methods: Documents about psychotherapy through TCM published from 1979 to 2008 were applied with metrological and content analysis. Results: The theory of psychotherapy by TCM included the holism of body and spirit, systematic and holistic theory of five emotions, emotion pathopoiesis. Among these, emotion pathopoiesis was the most frequently used. Psychotherapy theories and menthods by TCM mostly came from ancient books on TCM, among which Huangdi's Orthodox Classic was the most  frequently quoted. Methods: 40 hospitalized patients with severe mental illness were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine mental care. In the observation group, MOHO-ST was used to evaluate the information of patients′ working ability, and occupational therapy was supplemented by token economy treatment. The changes in the scores of SANS, NOSIE-30 and ADL before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the SANS score of the observation group decreased and the score was lower than that of the control group; ADL score of the observation group decreased, the total positive factor score of nosie-30 was higher than that of the control group, and the total negative factor score was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion: The occupational therapy under MOHO is helpful to improve the withdrawal, isolation and laziness of patients with serious mental diseases, and promote their self-care ability.
