Objective: Combined with the activity test in vitro, the extraction technology of the anti-pulmonary fibrosis active site
(ML-HB)from Periplaneta americana was optimized. Methods: The single factor experiment and L 9 (3 4 )orthogonal experiment were
used to optimize extraction temperature, solvent concentration, extraction time and the number of extraction times of anti-pulmonary
fibrosis active site of Periplaneta americana, and combined with MTT method, the anti-pulmonary fibrosis activity fraction from the
different extracts was detected, the yield and IC 50 value of the active site were used as evaluation indicators to determine the optimal
extraction process of the active site of Periplaneta americana. Results: When the ratio of material to liquid was 1 : 5(g/mL), the
optimal extraction process of the anti-pulmonary fibrosis active site of Periplaneta americana was determined as follows: the extraction
temperature was 70 ℃, the ethanol concentration was 70%, the number of extraction times was 3, and the extraction time was 2.5 h.
Verifying the optimum conditions, the ML-HB average extraction yield was 0.59%. The IC 50 values at 24 h were 77.77, 75.17 and
    76.03 μg/mL, respectively; 72.40, 71.03 and 72.26 μg/mL at 48 h, respectively; 67.24, 69.76 and 67.22 μg/mL at 72 h, respectively.
Conclusion: It stablishes the best extraction technology of ML-HB, and it provides the basis for the research and development of anti-
    pulmonary fibrosis of Periplaneta americana.

Objective: To research the effects of Geranium strictipes on experimental gastric function in vivo and in vitro. Methods:
The gastric emptying rate(GER), total protein content in stomach tissue and gastrin(GAS)level in serum were measured in the
atropine-induced gastroparesis model in mice. Except that the horizontal and longitudinal smooth muscle strips of fundus and body of
stomach from rats were isolated, the effects of Geranium strictipes on spontaneously contractive activities and contractive activities of
inhibited smooth muscle strips were investigated. Results: In the experiment in vivo the gastric emptying rate(GER), total protein and
GAS contents were higher in the groups of Geranium strictipes compared with model group, and the differences were statically significant
(P < 0.01, P < 0.05). In the experiment in vitro, the contractive frequency of the horizontal and longitudinal smooth muscle strips from
the fundus of stomach was accelerated and the contractive frequency of the horizontal and longitudinal smooth muscle strips from the
body of stomach was slowed, and the differences were statically significant (P < 0.01, P < 0.05); moreover, the maximum tension of the
inhibited horizontal and longitudinal smooth muscle strips from the fundus and body of stomach was increased, and the difference was
statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Geranium strictipes could enhance the GER in mice through increasing the content of
total protein in stomach tissue and the GAS in serum. Additionally, it promotes the gastric smooth muscle stripes to contract in vitro,
which may be related with the M-receptor, Ca 2+ channel and H 1 -receptor.

The samples from the respiratory tract of children in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from April 2013 to April 2018 were
collected, the application of automatic microorganism identification and drug sensitive analysis system was used to identify the species,
the K-B method was adopted for drug susceptibility analysis. Results: A total of 114 Haemophilus strains were isolated. Among them,
H.influenzae and H. parainfluzae accounted for 50.00% and 44.74%, respectively. The sensitivity rate to meropenem of these strains
was greater than 90%. The resistance rates to ampicillin of these strains was greater than 50%. Conclusion: H.influenzae and H.
parainfluzae have lower susceptibility rates to compound sulfamethoxazole and ampicillin, respectively. However, these two strains
have higher sensitivity to meropenem. Clinicians should use antibiotics reasonably and appropriately in order to decrease the
    generation of drug-resistant strains.

Objective: To investigate the imaging diagnosis of pneumocystis pneumonia(PCP)in AIDS. Methods: PCP in Shanghai
Public Health Clinical Center of AIDS from 2017 to 2018 were analyzed. Results: The patients with double lung saw glass shadow or
fine reticular nodule shadow, with the distribution of the double lung near the door and the middle and lower lung, showing a map-
shaped distribution. Conclusion: PCP is common in patients with AIDS and congenital immunodeficiency. The treatment absorption is
slow, the clinical symptoms are obvious, the lung signs are mild, and the anti-infection, anti-fungal are ineffective. In the imaging of
AIDS patients, if symmetrical glass shadow is found, midlung is dominant and map- shaped images are shown, PCP should be
    considered first.

Objective: To compare the baseline and clinical indicators of HIV/AIDS patients infected by intravenous and non-
intravenous drug users in Dali from 2005 to the first half of 2018.To clarify the current situation of intravenous drug users and provide
theoretical basis for health decision-making and preventive measures. Methods: HIV/AIDS patients were classified according to
different infection routes, baseline and clinical data were collected and analyzed. Results: Most of the patients infected with HIV/AIDS
by intravenous drug use in Dali City were males, with an average age of(44.95±5.93)years. The baseline CD4
+ T cell value was lower
than that of other transmission routes, and the concurrent prevalence of hepatitis C was highest with 78.15%. There were significant
differences in mortality and adherence rate between intravenous and non-intravenous drug users(P<0.001), and adherence rate was
lower than that of non-intravenous drug users, and the mortality rate was higher than that of non-intravenous drug users. Conclusion:
To strengthen the screening of middle-aged male drug users, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment can reduce the
    infection and death of patients.

Objective: To understand the content of metal elements in different species (planted and wild) of Coptis chinensis with
different growth years and the planting soil in Shizhu County of Chongqing. Methods: The flame atomic absorption spectrometry
(FAAS) was adopted to determine the contents of eight metal elements Fe, Mn, Zn, Pb, Ca, Cu, Cr, Cd in samples. Results: The content
of metal elements in Coptis chinensis was Ca>Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd>Cr. Comparison between the content of metal elements in Coptis
chinensis and the heavy metal limit index of Chinese medicinal materials in the national standard showed that the differences of Pb and
Cu were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared the content of metal elements in Coptis chinensis and the flower of Coptis chinensis,
the differences of Fe, Mn, Zn, Ca were statistically significant (P<0.05), the content of Mn and Zn was higher in Coptis chinensic, and
the content of Fe and Ca was higher in the flower of Coptis chinensis; compared the content of metal elements in Coptis chinensis and
planting soil, the differences of Fe, Zn, Pb, Ca, Cu were statistically significant (P<0.05), the content of Zn, Ca, and Cu was higher in
Coptis chinensis, and the content of Fe and Pb was higher in the planting soil; compared the content of metal elements in planted and
wild Coptis chinensis, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The content of metal elements in Coptis
chinensis and the flower of Coptis chinensis, planted and wild Coptis chinensis are consistent. The content of metal elements in the
planting soil, Coptis chinensis and the flower of Coptis chinensis are affected by geological factors.
