〔Abstract〕Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and trends of the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in
Yunnan province. Methods: From January 24, 2020 to April 14, 2020, the epidemiological data of COVID-19 were collected from the
website of Health Commission of Yunnan Province. Results: As of April 14, 2020, the total number of confirmed cases, current
confirmed cases and newly confirmed cases in Yunnan province first increased and then decreased. At first, the cause of disease
changed from imported infection to secondary infection. With global spread of the COVID-19, the cause of disease has changed from
secondary infection to imported infection of overseas. In Yunnan, the cure rate is 95.6% which is higher than the national level, and the
mortality rate is 1.1% which is lower than the national level. Conclusion: The overall trend for frequency of COVID-19 shows a
decreasing pattern. However, the epidemic situation is not completely over yet. The oversea epidemic situation is critical with the
increase of non-symptom patients. With workers returning back to work and students returning back to school, we will face with
tremendous COVID-19 pressure and challenges. We still need to pay attention to personal protection, be alert to the input of overseas
cases, and do a good job in monitoring the asymptomatic infected people to prevent the epidemic from rebounding.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To explore the epidemiological characteristics of the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in Jilin
province, and to provide a basis for the prevention and control measures during the recovery period of the epidemic. Methods: Using
descriptive epidemiological methods, Excel and SPSS 23.0 were used to organize and statistically analyze the information of all novel
coronavirus pneumonia cases as of May 16, 2020 in Jilin province, and OriginPro 8.0 was used to draw statistical graph. Results: The
gender ratio of local cases was 1.1 : 1, and the largest number of cases was over 40 years old and under 60 years old(55 cases, 47.0%),
mainly in Changchun city(45 cases, 36.3%), Jilin city(36 cases, 29.1%), and Siping city(15 cases, 12.1%). Family-aggregated
cases accounted for 48.4% of the total number of cases. The ratio between non-imported cases and imported cases was 2.2 : 1, and from
February 2, 2020, the case type had changed from imported to non-imported. Among imported cases, Russia(11 cases, 57.9%)was
the main source country, and Jilin city(11 cases, 57.9%)was the region with the most cases. Conclusion: The number of novel
coronavirus pneumonia cases in Jilin province is the same for males and females, mainly young and middle-aged, and the disease has
been detected in all areas except Baishan city and Changbai Mountain Administrative Committee. The cases are mostly non-imported
and have the characteristics of family aggregation. The time of imported cases coincided with the time of the lockdown of Wuhan, and
the second outbreak occurred in the local area. The prevention and control of the situation is still a challenge. The focus should be the
possible outbreaks after resuming offline education, imported cases and outbreaks in local areas.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To explore the application of perineal real-time three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound measurement of
levator ani hiatus in the evaluation of early postpartum rehabilitation therapy. Methods: 40 re-visiting patients with POP after vaginal
delivery 42 days were collected and then divided into a treatment group and a control group with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the
control group received pelvic floor muscle voluntary rehabilitation training, and the treatment group received pelvic floor muscle
voluntary rehabilitation training and electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy. The morphological characteristics of
pelvic diaphragm hiatus, the perimeter and hiatus area of levator ani muscle were examined by transperineal three-dimensional
ultrasound under the state of resting, valsalva before treatment and after treatment, respectively. Results: The sizes of the levator ani
muscle hiatus were not much different between the control group and the treatment group before treatment, and the difference was not
statistically significant(P>0.05); the treatment group: the sizes of the hiatus after treatment were significantly different from those
before treatment(P<0.05); the control group: except for a statistically significant difference in the perimeters in the resting state
(P<0.05), there were no significant differences in the anteroposterior diameters and areas in the resting state, nor in the
anteroposterior diameters, the perimeters or the areas in the valsalva state(P>0.05)before and after treatment; after treatment, the
treatment group and the control group showed no statistically significant difference in the anterior and posterior diameters in the resting
state(P>0.05). However, there were statistically significant differences in the perimeters and areas both in the resting and valsalva
state, and in the anterior and posterior diameters in the valsalva state(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of transperineal
real-time three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound in the evaluation of postpartum female pelvic floor function and early postpartum
rehabilitation therapy is simple and feasible, and can provide a direct and objective imaging basis for clinical diagnosis.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To understand the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS patients who accepted initial treatment aged
over 50 in Dali, and analyze the relevant characteristics of such patients, so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of
prevention and control measures. Methods: The Comprehensive AIDS Prevention and Control Information System was used to collect
the case data of patients and describe the epidemic characteristics, including baseline data, treatment effec and loss of follow-up.
Results: From 2005 to 2018, 136 HIV/AIDS patients who accepted initial treatment aged over 50 were treated, including 92(67.65%)
males and 44(32.35%)females. The proportion of elderly patients in the whole age group increased year by year, reaching 12.99%
from January to June 2018. Sexual transmission was the main route of transmission with 126(92.65%)cases. Most of the patients were
Bai nationality with 88 cases(64.71%). The antiviral effec of elderly HIV/AIDS patients was lower than that of non-elderly patients.
27 elderly HIV/AIDS patients died and they had a higher proportion of deaths from non-HIV/AIDS diseases which account for 59.26%.
The main transmission route of 17 elderly HIV/AIDS patients lost to follow-up was sexual transmission. Conclusion: For this special
population, the screening of elderly HIV/AIDS patients should be expanded and the follow-up work of elderly HIV/AIDS patients
should be carried out actively.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To analyze the survival time and influencing factors of HIV/AIDS patients in Dali prefecture from 1990 to
2015. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was used to collect the relevant information of HIV/AIDS patients reported by Dali
prefecture from 1990 to 2015 in the Chinese Comprehensive AIDS Prevention and Control Information System. The survival probability
and median survival time were calculated by the life table method and Kaplan-Meier method, and the influencing factors of survival
time were analyzed by Cox proportional hazard regression model. Results: The median survival time of 8 760 HIV/AIDS patients was
12.75 years(95% CI: 12.08-13.75). The results of Cox proportional hazard regression model analysis showed that the risks of death of
HIV/AIDS patients who were female, high school education or above, heterosexual sexually transmitted, for the first time of CD4 + T cell
count of 500/μL were 0.81 times, 0.84 times, 0.77 times and 0.26 times of those of the patients who were male, junior high school the
following cultural degree, injecting drug users spread, for the first time of CD4 + T cell count of <200/μL. The risks of death of the
patients aged ≥60 years at the diagnosis, diagnosed by medical institutions, and not receiving anti-retroviral therapy(ART)were 4.43
times, 1.52 times and 9.59 times of those of the patients aged 0-14 years, detection of consulting, and having received ART.
Conclusion: The median survival time of HIV/AIDS patients in Dali prefecture from 1990 to 2015 was 12.75 years. Female, high
school education and above, high CD4 + T lymphocyte count for the first time were protective factors for the survival of HIV/AIDS
patients. Older age, medical testing, and lack of ART were reported as risk factors for the survival of HIV/AIDS patients.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To understand the features of tuberculosis epidemic in Dali prefecture, so as to provide scientific basis for the
prevention and control work. Methods: The epidemiological analysis of tuberculosis cases registered in the Tuberculosis Information
Management System of the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System was carried out. The linear regression model of the
incidence rate was used to estimate the annual percentage change(APC)of the tuberculosis registration rate and smear positive registration
rate. Results: From 2008 to 2017, a total of 20 200 tuberculosis cases and 8 204 smear positive cases were registered in Dali prefecture.
The average annual tuberculosis registration rate and smear positive registration rate were 56.91/100 000 and 23.11/100 000, respectively;
The tuberculosis registration rate and smear positive registration rate decreased year by year, and the difference was statistically significant
(P<0.05). The APC were -2.873% and -10.860%, respectively. There were 13 606 male tuberculosis patients and 6 594 female
tuberculosis patients, the sex ratio of male to female was 2.06 : 1; the young and middle-aged people were the majority; farmers and migrant
workers were the most with 18 088 cases, accounting for 89.54%. Conclusion: From 2008 to 2017, tuberculosis epidemic situation of Dali

〔Abstract〕Objective: To explore the epidemiological characteristics of ascaris in primary school students in Dali prefecture from
1991 to 2014, and provide reference for the next step of prevention and control strategy. Methods: According to the requirements of the
National Handbook of Investigation and Research on Students' Physical Health, statistics and analysis were conducted on ascaris
infection rates among Dali primary school students in 1991, 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2014 respectively. Results: In the five monitoring
years from 1991 to 2014, the infection rate of ascaris in primary school students was the lowest in 2000, which increased slightly in 2005
and then decreased continuously, and then decreased to 6.17% in 2014. Compared with Bai nationality, Han nationality was lower than
Bai nationality in 1991, 2000 and 2005, with statistically significant differences( χ 2 =4.84, 4.55 and 13.86, P<0.05), while there were no
statistically significant differences in 2010 and 2014( χ 2 =1.63, 0.53, P>0.05). In each monitoring year, there was no statistically
significant difference between boys and girls(P>0.05). Conclusion: The infection rate of ascaris is at a low level among primary school
students in Dali prefecture, and the possibility of rebound is small. The prevention and treatment work in the future should focus on
health education.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention of patient controlled epidural analgesia after electric resection of
prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: 76 patients undergoing electric resection of prostatic hyperplasia in the department of Urology of The
First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from August 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the sequence of
operation time, they were divided into the control group(regular nursing group)and the experimental group(nursing intervention
group)with 38 cases respectively. The degree of satisfaction with analgesia and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions to the
use of patient controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)were compared between the two groups. Results: After targeted comprehensive and
meticulous nursing care, the satisfaction degree of analgesic pump in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,
and the incidence of analgesic adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P
< 0.05). Conclusion: Providing comprehensive and meticulous nursing intervention in the process of epidural analgesia for patients
after electric resection of prostatic hyperplasia can improve patients' satisfaction with the analgesia effect, and also reduce the incidence
of adverse reactions of epidural analgesia, so that patients can better survive the postoperative pain and recover as soon as possible.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To explore the comparative effect of role-playing method and illustration method in hazard prediction training
for nursing students. Methods: 96 sophomore nursing students in the class of 2017 in a college were randomly selected and divided
into role-play group and illustrations group. Participants were asked to complete the risk sensitivity scale for nursing students before
and after training. After training, all participants were asked to take a hazard prediction test. The mixed linear model was used for
statistical analysis on the results. Results: The risk prediction score of the role-play group was significantly higher than that of the
illustrations group(role-play group(2.89±1.36)vs. illustrations group(1.41±1.44), and the difference was statistically significant
(P<0.05)). After training, the scores of risk sensitivity scale of nursing students in both groups were significantly improved, but the
difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Role-play can enable nursing students to put forward more risk
points in the hazard prediction training, but both role-playing method and illustration method can improve the risk sensitivity of
nursing students. Therefore, it can be selected in the teaching according to the specific situation, and further exploration and research
are needed.
