〔Abstract〕Objective: The current situation and problems of COVID-19 prevention and control are analyzed and sorted out, so as to
provide reference for the construction of rapid response mechanism for public health emergencies. Methods: The epidemic data were
collected from the official website of the National Health Commission, and descriptive statistics were carried out according to three
dimensions: confirmed and suspected, the whole country/Hubei, and the areas outside Hubei. Results: In the early stage of epidemic
prevention and control, the strategy was mainly to prevent the coronavirus from spreading within the country, and in the later stage, the
strategy changed into preventions of input. The prevention and control of the epidemic has roughly gone through four stages, i.e. the
incubation period, the outbreak period, the plateau period and the regression period. In the process of epidemic prevention and control,
problems such as unrealistic work style, inadequate coping capacity, lack of emergency support, and fluke psychology have emerged.
The root causes of the problems include structural factors, environmental factors, institutional factors and social factors. Only by
adhering to four principles and implementing normalized management in terms of legal protection, digital governance and social capital
can we achieve effective management of public health emergencies. Conclusion: The solution to public health emergencies should
change from abnormal management to normal management.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of novel coronavirus infection in children. Methods: The clinical
data of four children confirmed with novel coronavirus infection in Kunming were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical
characteristics of the children were analyzed and summarized. Results: All the four cases had clear epidemiological histories, including
three cases of fever, three cases of cough, one case of sore throat, and one case of asymptomatic and insidious onset. The lymphocyte
numbers were normal, but the absolute value of white blood cells, CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ significantly decreased in a very young child,
and CD4+T lymphocyte slightly decreased in two children. There was one case of atypical abnormal changes in chest imaging, and three
children had no abnormalities in chest imaging. The clinical symptoms of the children were alleviated by antiviral therapy combined
with Chinese medicine decoction. For two cases, the fecal nucleic acid of the new coronavirus was tested positive for many times, and
the negative rotation time of the pharyngeal swab and the fecal nucleic acid was not synchronized, the latter was later than the former.
Conclusion: Close family contact is the main route of transmission of novel coronavirus for children, and other means of transmission
also need to be alerted. Children cases are mainly mild and recessive, and the harm as a source of respiratory infection may be limited.
However, some cases of fecal virus nucleic acid turned negative later than the swab, so it is necessary to guard against fecal-oral
transmission which may become the blind spot of infection source management.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of complex wound
injuries. Methods: PubMed, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases were searched for eligible studies. The contents
were limited to randomized controlled trials of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of complex wound injuries. The quality of the included
literature was evaluated, and relevant data were extracted. The RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis of the data. Results: A
total of 7 clinical studies involving 531 patients were included. The main outcome indicators were the total effectiveness of Kangfuxin
solution in treating wounds, wound healing time, and VAS score. Meta-analysis showed the total effective rate of Kangfuxin Liquid in
treating complex wounds was higher than that in the control group[OR =5.63, 95%CI(2.89, 10.97), P <0.001], wound healing time
was shorter than the control group[MD=-4.83, 95%CI(-8.43, -1.22), P <0.05]and patients had less pain than the control group
[MD=-0.91, 95%CI(-1.24, -0.58), P<0.001]. Conclusion: The research shows that compared with conventional common dressings,
Kangfuxin Liquid was more effective in treating wound injuries, with shorter wound healing time and less pain of the patients. All the
differences were statistically significant, and basically had no adverse reactions. It has good effectiveness and safety, but more highquality
studies are still needed to guide its clinical rational drug use.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To study the effects of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)with different virulence on the apoptosis rate of mouse
dendritic cells(DC)2.4. Methods: The mixed cell culture models of mouse DC2.4 infected with Mtb standard strain H37Ra and Mtb
clinically isolated 14-11 were established respectively. The apoptosis of DC2.4 was detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI fluorescence
labeling flow cytometry at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 h after infection, and the phasic changes were analyzed. Results: Both the strains of
H37Ra and 14-11 could induce the apoptosis of DC 2.4, and it was obvious that the apoptosis rate increased at 12 hours after infection.
There was no significant difference between the two groups in the apoptosis rate(P > 0.05). The apoptosis rate of DC2.4 in mice
induced by 14-11 was lower than that induced by H37Ra at all time points after induction, and the apoptosis rate increased
significantly after induction for 12 h. Conclusion: Mtb with different virulence can induce apoptosis quickly after infecting DC2.4 in
mice. The apoptosis rate may be related to the different virulence of the induced strain. Compared with the clinically isolated 14-11,
H37Ra standard strain of weaker virulence induced higher rate of apoptosis.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To explore the expression of topoisomerase Ⅱ alpha(TOP2A)and its prognostic role in pancreas cancer.
Methods: Data about TOP2A were retrieved from the database and the role of TOP2A in pancreas cancer was analyzed. Results: The
mRNA expression of TOP2A in pancreas cancer was significantly higher than that in normal pancreatic tissue. Patients with higher
mRNA expression tended to have a significantly poorer prognosis(P<0.05)than those who had lower mRNA expression, but the
expression levels of TOP2A were not related to pathological stage of pancreatic cancer patients(P>0.05). The methylation level of
TOP2A promoter region in pancreatic cancer has no difference with normal pancreatic tissue(P>0.05). The genes interacting with
TOP2A included CDK1, HDAC1, NFE2L3 and so on. The proteins interacting with TOP2A included CDK1, CDC20, TOP1 and so on.
Conclusion: TOP2A is highly expressed in pancreatic cancer tissues, and its expression level is significantly related to the prognosis of
pancreatic cancer. The interaction of TOP2A and other genes may jointly participate in the occurrence and development of pancreatic
cancer.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To understand the hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)complicated with acute pancreatitis(AP).
Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases of HFRS complicated with AP were reported, and the possible pathogenesis, clinical
features, diagnosis, treatment and prognostic factors were analyzed. Results: The 2 patients have fever, backache, abdominal pain,
bleeding specific antibody IgG and IgM positive, blood amylase elevated, and abdominal CT were considered HFRS complicated with
AP; one patient died of multiple organ failure due to invasive ventilator-assisted respiration and bedside continuous hemofiltration
treatment; the other case was transferred to a superior hospital, but had multiple organ dysfunction one week later, and the family
members decided to give up. 15 literatures at home and abroad were searched, including 39 cases of HFRS complicated with AP, 37
cases(94.9%)had no contact history of infectious source, 3 cases(7.7%)were misdiagnosed, and 5 cases(12.8%)were treated with
bedside continuous hemofiltration. HFRS can also complicated with other diseases, including pulmonary edema, rhabdomyolysis, etc.
Conclusion: HFRS complicated with AP is rare. Clinical features, laboratory examination and abdominal CT are very important for
diagnosis. To improve the understanding of the disease, early diagnosis and early treatment is the key to reduce mortality.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of MIS-TLIF in the treatment of single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis.
Methods: The clinical data of patients with single-segmental lumbar spinal stenosis treated by MIS-TLIF and Open-TLIF in the
department of spinal surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected.
Among them, 39 patients underwent MIS-TLIF operation(MIS-TLIF group)and 46 patients underwent Open-TLIF operation(Open-
TLIF group). The follow-up period was up to November 2018. The operation time, the number of intraoperative C-arm fluoroscopy,
intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage, total hospitalization time, postoperative hospitalization time, total hospitalization cost
and postoperative adverse events were recorded, and the curative effect was evaluated according to VAS and ODI scores. The failure of
internal fixation was recorded, and lumbar CT reconstruction scan was performed to evaluate the fusion of surgical segments at the last
follow-up. Results: There was no significant difference in the general condition between the two groups(P > 0.05). The length of
operations, the times of fluoroscopy and the total costs of hospitalization in MIS-TLIF group were significantly higher than those in
Open-TLIF group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the postoperative drainages, postoperative hospital stays
and the last ODI scores in MIS-TLIF group were significantly lower than those in Open-TLIF group, and the differences were statistically
significant(P<0.05). In Open-TLIF group, two cases underwent secondary operation(1 case of incision infection and 1 case of screw
misplacement), and 1 case in MIS-TLIF group underwent revision operation because of Cage displacement and loosening of internal
fixation. Conclusion: For single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis, MIS-TLIF has the same effect as Open-TLIF in improving clinical
symptoms and fusion rate, and does not increase perioperative adverse events, so it is a safe and effective interbody fusion.

〔Abstract〕Objective: The survival time and influencing factors of HIV/AIDS patients in Dali city from 1990 to 2018 were analyzed
to provide scientific basis for better prevention and treatment of AIDS. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze
HIV/AIDS patients in Dali city from 1990 to 2018. The survival rate was calculated by life table, and Cox proportion hazard regression
model was used to analyze the influence factors of the HIV/AIDS patients' survival time. Results: The cumulative survival rates of sub?
jects 1, 5, 10, 15 and 20 years were 86.22%, 73.98%, 63.26%, 48.90% and 43.51%, respectively. Cox proportion hazard regression
model analysis results showed that male, drug injection, no antiviral treatment, and low CD4+ T lymphocytes level at the first check were
risk factors affecting the survival time of patients. The risk of death for HIV/AIDS patients from 2006 to 2010 and after 2010 was 0.72
times(95% CI: 0.64 to 0.82)and 0.69 times(95% CI: 0.49 to 0.97)compared to that of before 2006. Conclusion: Early detection and
early antiviral treatment can effectively reduce the risk of death of HIV/AIDS patients.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To apply the best evidences of routine maintenance of adult short-term indwelling catheters to clinical
practices, carry out evidence-based nursing practice, and promote continuous improvement of clinical nursing. Methods: Search the
database to obtain the latest and best evidences for the routine maintenance of adult short-term indwelling catheters and form
recommendations, formulate operational procedures and standards, train nursing staff, design patients' data sheets and questionnaires
for observation and investigation, and finally evaluate nurses' work efficiency with patients' comfort levels, related medical expenses,
and nurses' knowledge of evidences. Results: After the application of the best evidences, the urinary tract infection rate was not
statistically significant(P>0.05). The patients had higher comfort levels and lower costs, and the nurses had better work efficiency and
improved knowledge and use of evidences. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The best evidences for
routine maintenance of short-term indwelling catheters for clinical practices have no statistically significant effects on urinary tract
infections(P>0.05), but it can improve patients' comfort, reduce patient medical expenses, improve the work efficiency of nurses and
the awareness and implementation rate of evidence application, and therefore improve the quality of care.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To observe the effects of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with scenario simulation in
clinical practice teaching of critical care of infectious diseases. Methods: 160 nursing students were randomly divided into a control
group and an experimental group by using random number table, with 80 students in each group. The control group adopted traditional
teaching method, while the experimental group adopted Mini-CEX combined with scenario simulation teaching method on the basis of
the control group. At the end of the internship, the evaluation results of clinical comprehensive ability of critical care of infectious
diseases were compared between the two groups of nursing students, as well as the four dimensions satisfaction of doctors, nurses,
patients and nursing students. Results: The evaluation results of clinical comprehensive ability showed that the experimental group had
higher scores in communication ability, problem solving ability, clinical operation ability, flexible application of theoretical knowledge,
clinical cooperation ability and humanistic care ability than the control group, the total score of the experimental group was also higher
than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction evaluation results showed
that in the experimental group, the scores of nurses' satisfaction with nursing students and nursing students' satisfaction with teaching
were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Mini-CEX
combined with scenario simulation teaching can effectively improve the clinical comprehensive ability of the nursing students and
improve satisfaction degree, and can be popularized in the clinical practice teaching of the critical care of the infectious diseases.

〔Abstract〕Objective: To solve the problem that College English takes up too many credits and change the situation that many
students don't like English study and can't study well, so students can study some more useful courses in College English time.
Methods: College English is changed into non-compulsory courses, credits were compressed, and a new course structure and contents
were constructed. In the second year, students are free to choose from College English, Nursing English and Chinese Sign Language
based on their own will. Results: Students' initiative in learning language had been improved evidently, and the number of students
who failed their examination had decreased drastically. This has basically changed the situation that students don't like College English
and their specialty English has been improved accordingly. The students with lowest English achievements were able to acquire the
ability to communicate with handicapped person by taking Chinese Sign Language electively. Conclusion: This reform is widely
welcomed by nursing students, and some peer experts supported this reform, so did some primary hospitals. This reform has achieved
its expected goals.
