石油工程人才分类培养模式的构建与实践——以西南石油大学为例

摘要: 面对国家油气发展战略重大调整新形势,传统模式培养的趋同化单一石油工程人才已不能满足国家及社会的多元化需求。依据国家中长期教改发展规划纲要、大众创业与创新政策导向以及学生专长与成才意向,西南石油大学石油工程专业开展了石油工程分类人才培养体制改革与建设,以实现高等教育“核心素养”培育、突出石油精神与文化主体教育为目标,界定“国际化、创新、卓越工程师”三类人才个性化特质,构建并实施三类石油工程人才培养体系,建立三类人才能进能出的动态运行转换机制,搭建服务于石油工程人才分类培养的软硬件配套教学平台,取得了良好的效果,为同类工科院校人才培养模式提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract: In the new era of significantly adjusting the development strategy of oil and gas in our country, therefore traditionally trained professionals who are in the convergence can' t meet the multiple needs of our country and society. According to the Outline of China's National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development, the political guidance of popular entrepreneurship and innovation, and the students' talents and pursuits, we carried out the reform and construction of the system of talent training in petroleum engineering. Aiming to cultivate “core ability” in international, innovative and extraordinary engineering talents,we highlight the spirit and culture of petroleum industry in engineer training,build a dynamically operating mechanism and a teaching platform for the training of those three types of talents. With good results achieved, we hope to provide reference for other engineering universities.
