摘要：
交流方法是池田大作的最基本的工作方法，在其思想中具有重要地位。池田大作认为对话是交流的基本形式，文化交流是交流的重要内容之一，国际机构特别是联合国是国际交流的重要场所。相互性、对等性和全面性是文化交流的生命线，交流是结成人与人之间最宝贵的心灵上的纽带，是通向人类和平之路。交流是人类文明发展的强大原动力。

Abstract:
Exchange method，Daisaku Ikeda’s basic working method，takes a central position in Daisaku Ikeda’s thoughts. He thinks dialogue is the basic form of exchange；cultural exchange is an important part，and international institutions，especially the United Nations，important places for international exchange. Mutuality，reciprocity and comprehensiveness are the lifeblood of cultural exchange. And exchange provides a powerful driving force for human development.
