高校思想政治教育与校园环境的冲突及其对策

摘要:

针对当前我国高校思想政治教育需要与校园环境之间存在着一定限度的冲突这一现状,分析了其中的主要原因:思想政治教育主体未形成有效的系统;缺乏对辅导员的正确定位;非辅导员教职工缺乏思想政治教育必要的素养等。提出了解决这一冲突的主要对策:建立和完善思想政治教育系统意识;优化校园思想政治教育主体的思想政治教育素质;形成完善的思想政治教育的奖惩机制和考核机制等。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes major reasons for the conflicts between ideological education and campus atmosphere:failure to establish an effective system of ideological education,and to correctly define the function of student counselors.In addition,other teachers are not qualified for ideological education work theoretically.The analysis comes to the conclusion that to reconcile the conflicts,it is necessary to set up an ideological education system with effective rewards and punishment mechanism and assessment mechanism,and to improve the theoretical qualifications of educators.
