摘要： 中国与伊朗在能源领域的合作是中国实施外向型能源战略和资源战略的重要环节。21世纪以来，中伊能源合作取得了长足的进步，但是面临的风险也越来越大。从政治的角度着眼，系统地研究中伊石油合作中的现实和潜在的政治风险。伊朗核危机日渐升级，中伊石油合作需应对美欧制裁和国际外交孤立、中东局势动荡、世界大国争夺控制资源等国际政治风险。长远来看，伊朗国内法律和政策、宗教文化及民族主义也将是中伊石油合作中的潜在风险。

Abstract: Sino-Iranian energy cooperation is the important base for China to carry out its energy and resource strategy.In the 21st century，the cooperation between the two countries in energy resources has made great progress，but the risks are getting increasingly greater at the same time.This paper studies the existing and potential political risks of Sino-Iranian petroleum cooperation：intensifying Iran nuclear crisis，US and European sanctions，diplomatic boycott，turbulence in the Middle East，world powers′ contending for the control of resources and so on.In the long run，Iran′s domestic law and policy，its religious culture and nationalism are also potential risks for petroleum cooperation between the two countries.
