China's Role and Status in Global Governance Since the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China

Abstract: The new trend of global governance brought new challenges to China's participation. The role of China in global governance is determined by China's relations with the following three categories of countries:the developed countries, emerging developing countries and other developing countries. The key for China's future participation in global governance is to promote its institutional discourse power through the rule of law. China must express its own position and demands through rule of law, and realize innovation of global governance system by making the most of the common international rules.
