China's View on Human Rights in the New Era——On Marx's Thoughts on Human Rights during the Period of German-French Yearbook

Abstract: Human rights are the major issue commonly concerned but often in conflict in capitalist and socialist countries. Marx,in his works during the period of Germany and France Yearbook,enriched and developed his thoughts on human rights, pointing out that the rights of people were rooted in the real society,criticizing the intermediary of human rights in the countries with private ownership, and advocated human rights in the thoroughly reformed countries. China's view on human rights take in the theory and wisdom from Marx's thoughts on human rights in the period of Germany and France Yearbook, focusing on the real society, advocating the collectivism and pushing forward revolution or reformation. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has provided the constructive direction for China's undertaking of human rights. In the new era, China must insist on people-centered development, consolidate the realistic foundation of human rights, cultivates and practices the core socialist values, establish the valuable orientation of human rights, and forge ahead the overall plan for promoting all-round construction of the economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress.
