An Exploration of China's Petro-Gas Yuan Strategy

With its consumption of petroleum and natural gas increasing year by year, China has become an influential petroleum and natural gas consumer country in the world. Building a Yuan-based system for petroleum and natural gas transactions may enable RMB to play more important functions as a currency of quotation, settlement and investment for trade and investment in terms of international oil and gas. A Yuan-based system protects China from the Asian premium, enhances China's influence in global oil and gas market and ensures the safety of oil and gas supply for China. It also accords with the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative to reach a win-win solution between China and the international community. The internationalization of RMB can be conducted by improving the system for RMB cross-border trade settlement, building a regional center for petroleum and natural gas trading, launching major pilot projects for oil and gas trade and investment, developing RMB offshore market so as to ensure China's energy security, serve China's economic development, and improve China's competence in global governance.

An Interactive Utility Comparison on the Marketing Effectiveness of Weibo Platforms

Social media has profoundly influenced how businesses interact with consumers. Different from the previous researches on the sole influence path of Weibo marketing from the perspective of credibility, this article analyzes the UGC interactive utility of brand official Weibo and the personal authenticated Weibo, and compare the marketing paths of the two channels from the potential customer's perception of the blogger's credibility to their behavior responses. The empirical study shows that the perceived credibility of the brand official Weibo has a significant positive effect on the future behavior response through the UGC interactive utility, especially through UGC social utility; the perceived credibility of the personal authenticated Weibo has a significant positive impact on the immediate behavior and the future behavior through the UGC interactive utility, in which UGC social utility plays a fully mediating role. The research and comparison of the two types of Weibo marketing paths provide a reference for the development of Weibo marketing activities.

Geological relics are universally acknowledged important natural and cultural heritages and are important protection objects and contents of geological parks. Developing ecotourism is an important way of protection of ecosystem integrity and local economic development as it advocates moderately development on a restricted scale and effective protection at a larger scale. Huayingshan National Geological Park is abundant in resources of geological structures, geomorphological landscapes, water landscapes and fossil landscapes, supplemented by red culture and Buddhist culture. With 105 geological relics of 6 categories, 13 sub-categories, Huayingshan provides rich research and tourist resources. In order to better coordinate the relationship between the protection of geological relics and local development, this paper makes a quantitative evaluation of the geological relics by analyzing the characteristics and types of geological relics, and puts forward the "1+2+N" model of geopark development and utilization.

Human rights are the major issue commonly concerned but often in conflict in capitalist and socialist countries. Marx,in his works during the period of Germany and France Yearbook,enriched and developed his thoughts on human rights, pointing out that the rights of people were rooted in the real society,criticizing the intermediary of human rights in the countries with private ownership, and advocated human rights in the thoroughly reformed countries. China's view on human rights take in the theory and wisdom from Marx's thoughts on human rights in the period of Germany and France Yearbook, focusing on the real society, advocating the collectivism and pushing forward revolution or reformation. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has provided the constructive direction for China's undertaking of human rights. In the new era, China must insist on people-centered development, consolidate the realistic foundation of human rights, cultivates and practices the core socialist values, establish the valuable orientation of human rights, and forge ahead the overall plan for promoting all-round construction of the economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress.

The theory of criminal constitution is an important part of criminal law theory and plays an important role in guiding criminal justice. Currently,crime constitution theory in China has been on a road to diversified development with the objective vs. subjective system, accusation vs. defense system, illegal vs. accountable system, all of which have its own characteristics. Applying different criminal constitutional theories in different stages of litigation is not only conducive to the integration of the theory of criminal constitution and criminal justice practice, but also to the development of the theory itself, and to the refining of the argument on crime constitution in the criminal field. In the process of case investigation, the application of objective vs. subjective system can save judicial resources and improve efficiency; in the process of examination of prosecution and court trials,the application of the accusation vs. defense system can clarify the possible content of evidence investigation and enhance confrontation; at the judgment stage, the illegal vs. accountable system can demonstrate the rigorous logic of the defendant's conviction and enhance the authority of the court.

The progress of ecological civilization promotes the effective integration between administrative law enforcement and criminal jurisdiction over environmental protection,which contributes to the full play of criminal jurisdiction in implementing the environmental law, and promotes the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful China. However, problems still exist in the effective integration between administrative law enforcement and criminal jurisdiction over environmental protection currently, such as the low case transfer rate and ambiguous standards of case transfer, difficulty in conversion, testing and verification of evidence, and ineffective information sharing. In order to further improve the integration mechanism, we should positively forge ahead the five tasks:firstly, constructing an evaluation mechanism to ensure case transfer; secondly, formulating the standards of case transfer to improve its acceptance rate; thirdly, clarifying rules for evidence conversion to improve the evidence reliability; fourthly, improving the mechanism of testing and verification of evidence to ensure the credibility; finally, establishing a platform for information sharing to promote sharing of information resources.

Chinese contemporary literature takes the responsibility of telling the true stories about China, and the publishers take the responsibility of introducing the Chinese contemporary literature to readers around the world. The publishing of the Canongate Myths Series by Chongqing Publishing Group set a good example for introducing the Chinese contemporary literature. The series of were initially successful but then experienced a shift from popularity to failure to win market response and reader acceptance. By analyzing the publishing process and the academic and literary values of the published texts, we found that the application of metalepsis in the narration,the kitsch writing style and the lack of national viewpoint affect the quality of the texts, the market acceptance and publishing profits. Although that publishing practice didn't work successfully, it still set an example in terms of the introduction of academic mechanisms, brand building, and the industrialization turns of literature.

Language Socialization: The New Paradigm of Second Language Acquisition Research

In the field of second language acquisition(SLA),different research emphases between cognitivist perspective and sociocultural perspective are characterized as ontological and epistemological issues. Cognitivist perspective in SLA researches pays attention to the development of language learners' homogeneous language ability, which shows a tendency of desocialization. Sociocultural perspective in SLA researches mainly concerns social context of the language and the development of heterogeneous language competence of language users. The development history of language socialization paradigm shows that the first generation of language socialization studies focused on the socialization of mother tongue in small homogeneous communities in the 1980s, while the second generation of language socialization studies focused on the socialization of second language in large heterogeneous communities in the 1990s. With theoretical development and empirical researches, language socialization has covered and balanced the focuses of both the cognitive and the sociocultural researches. As it is compatible with the social and cultural theory, language socialization also serves to explain the effectiveness of language acquisition as a social intervention. As an eclectic language paradigm, language socialization, with its multidisciplinary theoretical and methodological advantages, will become the dominating paradigm of SLA.

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized on promoting "the creative evolution and development of fine traditional Chinese culture" and eventually fulfilling the Chinese Dream of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. The ancient Ba people have a great impact on their decedents with their spirits of braveness, loyalty, diligence and wisdom,and openness and inclusiveness. Bazhong,a place of derivation and inheritance for the spirits of Ba people, is more a place of inheritance of Bazhong revolutionary spirit. In the age of revolutionary war, people in Bazhong showed their spirit of fearlessness, loyalty, innovation, self-improvement, and inclusiveness which share the same historical origin with the ancient spirit of Ba people. To improve economic development in the old revolutionary area and to promote the creative evolution and development of the culture of Ba people, we suggest combining the spirit of Ba people and Bazhong red culture and creating a "red and ancient" culture brand.
